Arrived on time, well packaged. Used once to date, works as advertised. A good sturdy little item, non-stick and easy to clean. If you’re always short of time (as I usually am, ex Navy “eat it and beat it” sort of guy!!) then this is for you.I still prefer my cast iron, ridged grill pan though 😏.

simple burgers turn it on and add any type of burger and wait for it to cook no fat spitting out great idea. quite easy to wipe clean as all the fat is collected brill

Arrived with scratches on the non stick plates and marks on the lid appeared to be second hand. Refund arranged within 2 days.

The most notable thing about this machine is how ridiculously short the power cord is. This makes it pretty much impossible to position the machine on the hobs directly under the oven extractor fan which is the ideal position for it while cooking with all of the smoke/steam that's produced when cooking burgers on it.I would also challenge the idea that this machine is "non-stick". A thorough cleaning is required after every use as plenty of burnt/dried beef will be left stuck to it and don't even think about trying to melt cheese on a burger.The most effective way to clean this grill is using boiling water from the kettle as the water will naturally drain out throughout the fat drainage hole. The problem is that the machine is not waterproof and if you're not super careful you'll end up deading the machine and shorting your electrics.My girlfriend owns a marble panini grill and we've found that that does an overall better job cooking burgers than this.

Quick and easy to cook 2 burgers in one go, pretty much let it go for 10 mins and burgers are ready to go straight on buns.Very useful for cooking burgers without splashing oil everywhere as was the case with my frypan beforehand.
