Just What I Hoped For
Even with pictures sometimes you just never know what kind of quality you're going to get. This soft cover journal is exactly what I was looking for. It has a faux leather cover and sewn pages. The pages while not particularly thick are perfect if you're smashing. You can write without bleed thru (pages are blank) and glue with minimal buckling. I wasn't looking for anything super thick and this comes in, just right, at 60 pages which is 120 sides. And lastly is the price... which is decent. Inflation has hit everything but this is a great price. I'll be buying another when this one is full. A+

Overall, a good journal
I like this brand, but the dots are maybe a little too dark and make it hard to read what I've written.I had another brand with dots, and the dots alternated lines of darker and lighter, so it was almost a hybrid between dotted and lined. I was hoping this would be like that, but the dots are uniformly dark.Still, it's a good brand and good quality paper.

Small and great for storing away in my nightstand.
Small and great for storing away in my nightstand. I love that it is not bulky. Would like to see them made with tear away pages. The pages are bound.

One of my favorite I have used
I'll start by saying this is one of my favorite sketchbooks.-smooth paper (never tried it, and will only use smooth going forward)-soft coverIt would be a perfect 5 stars, but it has annoying issues.-doesnt lie flat. Big disappointment- the signatures don't line up in places. I can flip it open and it pages aren't aligned. These are glaring issues that effect its use. I like this sketchbook, but if I found another that would fix these issues I'd switch. As of now this is my favorite though. 4 stars.

Great for avid bujoers!
I have used several journals including LT1917, STM, and A&O and I have to say, these journals are among my absolute favorites, if not the most favorite. I have watercolored lightly, stamped, used matte medium and pens that would normally bleed through most paper, and this journal has held up beautifully. Though I typically prefer paper 120 gsm plus because I like using matte medium and watercolor in mine, the paper in this has held up remarkably well. It does crinkle a bit, but that is to be expected and I've had great luck with being able to flatten the pages enough so they aren't warped too much.I am an overstuffer in my journals — mine are very sticker, craft paper, ephemera and washi tape heavy. I have yet to have a problem with the binding breaking or any damage to this journal. These books are very well crafted and can truly take a beating!Let's talk about the look and feel. The paper is so so smooth. I don't like super creamy colored pages and usually go for true white. However, I do like the color of these pages. I personally like the color of the dots as well, they are dark enough to see what you are doing and are able to line things up, but are not super distracting. I love the variety of colors MA offers for the soft cover line and the feel of the cover is lightly pebbled, but can still be dressed up with decals and vinyl if you choose. As a leather lover, I really like the feel of the cover :) I also love that they only place one bookmark and no pen loop. I usually put my journals in custom covers to protect them, so pen loops and bookmarks are usually snipped out, but I've kept the bookmark in mine. One thing I especially love is the absence of the key pages and future logs. I use my dot journal in a one page per day format, rarely keep collections (if I do they are in the very back), so the absence of these pages is my preference, but they can be easily drawn in.The value of these journals to me is the best part. You can get an extremely good quality journal for an amazing price and with the Prime shipping, you get it quickly!Thank you Minimalism Art for creating a great notebook at an even better price! I will for sure be repurchasing.

good soft cover option for bullet journals
I bought this to replace a 120 page Leuchtturm soft cover journal since i have run out of pages. There are a couple of differences that I'll start with: the cover is thicker material which feels very nice to the touch; inside the cover is attached to a couple pages of thick black card-stock, it feels sturdy and durable (I have not begun use yet, i will update if this is inaccurate), there is a page where you can list name and contact information, and reward if found; different from the Leuchtturm there are no lined pages in the beginning, this is fine for me but if you rely on these pages to write your index, maybe consider this; also this book has just one ribbon to mark pages with, the Leuchtturm that I've been using has two, I plan to add another ribbon because i def use two ribbons when i journal; the final difference is that there is no accordion pocket in the back. These few differences won't really effect my use but depending on the type of journal that you keep just be aware that this is not *exactly like the Leuchtturm journal. However the size is comparable at 5.8" x 8.3" so it feels very similar in my hand to what I am used to. The dots appear to be the same distance apart, i didn't measure to compare, but either way the pages are laid out comfortably. I quite like the soft cover, which is flexible but not floppy. Looking at binding it appears the construction of this journal is high quality just from inspection at the spine and of how the pages are stitched in i believe that this is a well made book (i will update if this turns out to be inaccurate).Overall I am pretty happy with this purchase, the price was very reasonable, which i assume is because they are trying to sell them to generate reviews, I'm even considering buying a couple more because I'm sure that the price will go up with their number of positive reviews. TBH if presented with a Leuchtturm of the same page count, and this Minimalism Art journal it would be a tough choice of which one to buy. Based on holding this product in my hands next to my old journal I would say that if you use a journal of this size this Minimalism Art, Soft Cover Notebook Journal, this is a good choice for your next bullet journal with multiple options for color.

Poor cover
Paper is good quality but the cover is coming away at the edges and will be frayed long before I’m done with the notebook.Been in and out of my work bag, nothing particularly rough but coming away all the same.Disappointed at the price.

Me encanta!
