Very comfotable

Good Mattress. Different feel to standard mattress but comfortable
We bought this to replace a Sterns and Foster mattress we had had for several years. For the last 2-3 years we have used a mattress topper to extend the old mattress’ life. It was a memory foam so soft conforming ect. The Purple mattress is different, which was expected. It is not uncomfortable. We have not compaints in terms of back pain, shoulder pain etc. My best advice is it takes time to get use to. Which we believe is going to happen with any new mattress. Bottom line, it is worth the money. Only negative is it is very heavy. I wish it had handles of some sort to move the mattress. We have not “rotated” it yet but I anticipate it will be difficult to rotate. (Weight, no handles).

Not comfortable
I ordered this mattress thinking it was going to be very comfortable and soft and it's not. More sleepless nights then sleep because of how uncomfortable it is. Not to mention it is extremely heavy and being a single woman, I cannot lift it or move it not even an inch. So disappointed 😥

Solves the issue of broad shoulders and side sleeping
Expensive but worth it- don’t bother getting anything else for the price

Great Mattress, Lackluster Customer Service
The mattress is very comfortable, but the shipping was a nightmare. They actually ship through FedEx, who delivered it to the wrong address. It was supposed to require a signature, but they just abandoned the packaged without one. Finally, while it technically arrived early, there was no notification that it had been delivered, so the package was left out in the weather a few days. While most of that blame lies with FedEx, the seller here was zero help in trying to track it down. Considering how expensive this mattress is, I'm very disappointed with their customer service.

Expected better for the price
Not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Gave it over a year to “ break in” definitely not plush as it says, started getting back and shoulder pain unfortunately

I would not recommend
But my mattress October 14th 2023. Spent over $2,300, and it sags in the middle. I have terrible back pain every morning when I get out of bed. I would never buy another one of these. Big waste of money. I think I slept good for the first 8 months. It's a lot of money to pay for only a few months worth of luxury.
