The product was nicely packaged, and a really nice touch was that ...
I purchased this tablet with the purpose of playing PC style games specifically. The product was nicely packaged, and a really nice touch was that a screen protector was already in place. Easy to start up, and if you're used to the Windows environment, it looked and felt familiar. Tablet is responsive, has a solid quality feel to it, and has plenty of options for expansion etc. Games that I purchased worked perfectly. Definitely recommend.

Flawed by lack of memory, can't update windows
I read the reviews from a few months ago, and noticed the machine was now "version2", and thought that the manufacturer must have fixed the issues everyone has been complaining about for the last nearly a year .. sadly NOT.1. The box arrived promptly but the factory fitted screen protector was peeling at 3 corners, not great2, The power supply is a small jack plug, and while I think it might charge through the USB I was not able to do so3. Windows updates are too big for the 32gb memory, which has only about 8gn free before the downloads from Microsofts bloatware start, and that leaves too little space to actually complete the updates, so it constantly tries to redownload and reupdate. And fails, cycle repeat ... not a good start and certainly will only get worse with new updates.Fundamentally unless Microsoft package updates into smaller packages then AY machine with 32gb is going to have issues. So why has the supplier not either supplier a fully up to date machine or fixed the lack of memory. ? Shame.I returned mine and bought another make with 64gb memory (and dual boot with Android, so not the full 64gb for windows) but that updated fine and then within 24hours I relicensed to Win10Pro and that worked a treat too. I bought:https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B073W57N6W/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1While I'd never heard of CHUWI or it's Hi10 Pro, this machine has better graphics/screen resolution, a USB C charger, 4gb ram and 64gb memory AND has dual boot to Android, which works great! Yes, it's a full £26 more expensive, but it WORKS!!I regret not listening to the reviews and now feel I should warn others, before they waste time and effort making the same mistake, there are alternatives which do work, best start there and avoid this fundamentally flawed item.

SD problem.
I have only 1 fault that is the mini sd slot. I can't get it to accept my mini sd card, there seems to be a lot of resistance when I try to put the card in and it says "gently insert" it. Dont know whether I'm doing it properly or what. Otherwise I am happy as I use the usb port with a card reader.I have now solved the problem, it was me, just I forgot to open the cover on the sd card, silly me. I am over 85 and a bit dothery.

Great for the price but read my full review.
(V2 review) Pretty good. It's snappy as long as you're not trying to do multiple things at once, it's a full fat Windows 10 system and has a decent battery life if you charge it for 7-8 hours before first use as instructed. It's everything advertised but buy a memory card as it only has 500MB left after the lengthy update process (10GB if you delete the old version of Windows 10 but that's your decision.)HOWEVER there's one fairly major flaw. The WiFi adaptor was disabled by default so I had to go into device manager to enable it. Even when enabled and fully updated the adaptor is just plain feeble. It has very limited range and a puny bandwidth.

Very happy with my new Windows 10 tablet!
I have been very happy with my new Windows 10 tablet so far. After a few teething troubles in the first few days with it constantly installing automatic updates (which I have now disabled; easily done if you Google it!), it is running smoothly, quickly, and very satisfactorily. And yes, Windows 10 and the updates I allowed it to install do take up a lot of the 32gb memory, but I took the precaution of ordering a 32gb micro sd card with the tablet, and am using that to store photos, documents, music and videos etc.The screen is very clear and sharp, and sound quality is excellent. I do have a Windows 10 laptop as well, but the convenience of having Windows on a tablet is fantastic! So I thoroughly recommend this product, with the proviso that prospective purchasers should also obtain a micro sd card to store files and media on!

Poor
Old charging connection plus as soon as it powers up it wants to update windows 10 - so you accept that only to then be told there isn't space for the new windows updates. So you cant upload it but it keeps trying and then you get informed the version you have will nop longer be supported. This then slowed the computer down to such an extent that its painfully slow. I'd like to do a factory reset to see if that works but cant work out how and the only way seems to be a way that removes windows 10 which I clearly dont want to do. In essence I feel trapped with a sub standard operating product.

Well worth the money
I am well satisfied. Being win 10 tablet, this is actual replacement for office-like environment computer, which you can take with you on the go. You can connect to external monitors with HDMI or projectors, powerpoint presentations were never so "handy" with its decent battery life. Full sized USB 3.0 port is a cherry on a tart.don't expect any hardware heavy games to run on it but if emulation of older consoles, browsing web, watching Netflix and office work are your main concerns I would recommend this over more expensive business class laptops any day.
