I recently purchased the 12-inch surface cleaner attachment for my electric pressure washer, and it has completely transformed my cleaning routine. My husband brought this to use with the power washer from the same company, He was very happy with how well it worked.

I ordered this Greenworks surface cleaner and a Greenworks Power Washer on two separate orders from Amazon. The surface cleaner arrived the next day but I did not receive the PW for over a month. The return window closed on the surface cleaner before I was able to use it as I did not have the Power Washer to use it with.The cleaner has a pivot point where the wand attaches and this is supposed to let the cleaner stay flat on the surface as you move it back and forth. The pivot point is so tight on this cleaner it causes the front or back to come off the surface as I moved it. I had to constantly apply excess pressure with my wrist or step on it to keep it down flat. I tried several lubricants including WD 40 and silicone but nothing loosened the pivot to work properly.I contacted Greenworks customer service and sent them a receipt and video of the cleaner but they would not do anything to fix or replace the unit. I borrowed a Ryobi cleaner and it worked as it was supposed to, so I will have to buy another brand for future use and throw the Greenworks cleaner away.I am pleased with the Power Washer but very disappointed in the surface cleaner and cannot recommend it. I am also disappointed in the Greenworks customer service.

I had black mulch sitting in my driveway a few years ago and the black dye had made all the concrete look dirty. I bought this "cheapie" surface cleaner after trying to clean the driveway with just the pressure washer and seeing how long that was going to take. This little thing did a great job and was easy to use. The final product was as good as my neighbors who had a professional do his. And my pressure washer is just a little electric one I mostly use for washing the car. I imagine there are better surface cleaners out there but for my use case this was everything I needed and at a great price point. I'm pleased with it even if I never use it again, though I expect to make this an annual thing now that I know how easy it is.

Attaches easily and is light and maneuverable. Good pressure but didn’t quite get as detailed a cleaning as using the pressure tips. Overall a nice attachment.

I've always used the turbo wash tip to pressure wash the walkway and the splashing of the dirty water on to the house and car and plants was very bothersome. So, thought I would try this floor scrubber and was amazed how fast the pressure washing the walkway and....no splashing of the dirty water all over the place. The only part that I'm worried about is the plastic fitting on the top. Not sure the longevity of this plastic part over time. Seems to be kind of wobbly, but will have to see over time if the plastic piece will break. For now, it's such a breeze to scrub the walkway. Faster without the splashing all over the place.

The 12 inch surface cleaner is well made and works good with my 2300psi Greenworks pressure washer.Pros: It saves you lots of time and water instead of just using the wand. Easy to use.Cons: (only 1).. It wouldn't clean the really old dark algae on the concrete completely, I had to touch up with the wand.But for regular maintenance it is a no brainer. you should have this if you have a 2300psi washer

This attachment to my 2100 psi power washer helped quickly clean mold and dirt off concrete. Much faster than just using the wand although for tough spots the direct turbo spray was required. Next to clean my concrete pool deck after a winter of build up.
