Snug fit with movement not hindered.
Really like these supportive knee bands. Reduces the pain in my knee giving me some more stability for longer runs. Quality is excellent. Easy to hand wash and they air dry quite quickly. Very good value for the money.

Within wearing it for one day, I had already found it made it difference. I injured my knee about a year ago, suddenly getting up from my chair to help someone. I twisted it, and since then my knee has always been very painful. Especially walking down stairs, and getting to the point that walking, I was hobbling. This support has changed all that, I have been wearing it everyday for a week now, and I’m going down the stairs without any trouble, and walking around much better. I recommend this knee support for this kind of injury for sure. This support is strong, and made with the utmost care and quality. No restrictions or discomfort whatsoever. Worth the money and then some. The sizing instructions before you buy, is important and true.

Was hoping for instant pain relief.
Do not feel like they are working as my knee still hurts, but i have only just started wearing it.They do feel like a quality product and does stay in place.
