Didn't work for me
Very disappointed with this product and the company's customer service. I took these supplements as directed (one after breakfast and one after my evening meal) for 4 months. I also increased my physical activity and reduced the number of calories I was consuming. After the 4 months I have seen absolutely no difference in my weight or my cholesterol levels. This is hugely disappointing as I have spent a lot of my hard earned money on the supplements. Even more annoying was the fact that when I left a review on the product on the company's website it was not posted. I emailed their customer service and received a reply that the review wasn't posted because I hadn't confirmed my email address with them. I was told that they had sent me a link to confirm my email address but I didn't get it. Therefore, I asked for the link to be sent again and was told that they couldn't do that. Sounds like they didn't want my review to be posted! Anyway, they also told me that not all products work for everyone so that was that. I've spent over £120 on this product and the company just seems to think that's acceptable. My advice to anyone considering purchasing these supplements would be to be prepared for a big disappointment as you may be one of the unlucky ones that it doesn't work for. It's a very expensive mistake which I definitely regret.

Jury is still out
These seem to have helped with my joint pain but no other benefit noticed really. I take them after breakfast and lunch. If I take after dinner I seem to be visiting the toilet 4 or 5 times during the night, so be well prepared. Capsules have no taste and are easy to swallow
