They seem to not perform without this. I got this one for my mum who's near 70's and the normal version for my Dad. they both say that they have higher levels of energy and without it they seem to struggle. So we really really need this. great product.

I can not say much about this product, Centrum Silver. I started taking it 3 days ago. But I've known Centrum for a long time, I've already taken several other types and the effects are amazing !! They do me very well !! Therefore, I only have compliments !!
