Very thin wiring
When trying to fit these wires into the wiring block between supply from ceiling and the new pendant, the wires were so thin I had to add solder in order for the screws to bite. All done now and it works but it doesn’t look like you can to fit a shade on it at least not the traditional one I have which is gripped by the two halves of the old style bayonet fit pendant.

No cable connectors in ceiling rose.
Looks really good when finally in place; would have been much safer and more straight forward, if any suitable wire connections were mounted in the ceiling roses!
