Diamond MMA Compression Short Built-in Jock Strap & Athletic Cup Groin Protection System

I bought this for my Krav Maga class and it has not disappointed. I've taken some accidental knees/kicks straight to the groin and didn't even feel a thing.One thing I will mention. If you are a man who lifts legs or is naturally gifted in the glute departement (read: you've got a big butt) You might consider going one size up. I have a 30 inch waist and at my largest (15% bodyfat) the trunks were really tight to put on. It's gotten a bit better as I've cut down in bodyfat, but they are still pretty tight.With that said, if you want something that fits well and does the important job of protecting your family jewels with excellence. Don't bother with any other cups, this one is the best and it's well worth the higher price to never be worried about a stray kick to the groin.

I don't review things often but this had to get one. Having a hematoma in my man area in the past, I'm extra sensitive down there, so martial arts is the last thing a doctor would recommend I'm sure, however I'm not letting it get in the way of what I enjoy. So, in order to be safe, I needed a good cup. I have played baseball in the past (wearing cups for 10+ years), and I currently do MMA, BJJ, and combat submission wrestling. This cup has saved me on multiple occasions so far, it stays in place, it is comfortable, well built, and does everything I expected. I'd say it's a little pricey but it is what it is, it has been worth it so far!

This is probably the best cup/groin protector I've ever worn. The cup is very intelligently formed to minimize injury/pain. It's also formed to maximize motion so it can be used in almost any sport that requires a cup. This product is definitely worth the price tag especially given what it's protecting!The customer service is absolutely fantastic. I called their number and one of the owners of the company spoke with me directly at length about their product. I highly support this brand.

I first ordered a small size but they delivered an XL so after dealing with the return of that item they promptly sent me the correct size. I love the design and feel. Definitely would recommend this product due to how effective it is at its designed job.

Anyone that practices martial arts should definitely consider this. I attend Krav Maga classes, which involve some grappling and striking near the groin. I had a cheap one I bought from Walmart, and it just didn't cut it. This one is really comfortable, fits well, and does a good job of protecting the goods.

By far the best Cup and Compression Shorts I have ever used. I have previously used Shock Doctor as well as Hayabusa, though Hayabusa was a lot more comfortable and offered more protection, they both do not compare to this product. The built in jock system keeps the cup locked in position with no adjustment needed throughout your workout. After minutes of wearing it, the cup feels nonexistent. No limited mobility or flexibility. And above all when I was struck in the groin I felt virtually nothing. I would recommend this product to any serious/casual martial artist. You get what you pay for, excellence.

Can you really say wearing a cup is comfortable? For the protection and quality, my son will not wear anything else. He is a catcher for his baseball team and after trying several other styles, he will not wear anything else. I would say on a normal week, he wear this one 5 out of seven days for up to 4 hours a day. It has to be somewhat comfortable for him to do that.

I've used it for two days of Muay Thai training. I can't speak for the durability of the compression shorts + cup, but the fit is excellent--I have been able to train, run, kick ect. without any chafing, pinching, or sliding of the cup. Putting it on/removing the compression shorts is far more convenient than a traditional Muay Thai steel cup as well. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about a sport and is willing to make the initial investment.Update: It has been half a year and this cup still functions as well as it did on day one. I am so impressed with its performance that I am updating my review. I wear this cup throughout the entire Muay Thai practice, including a warmup and jogging, and there is no sliding of the cup, no chafing, no rash, nothing.

I have been using Cup Groin and Shorts for 1,5 year. It is very comfortable and easy to put on. Shorts isstill ok after 1,5 year of use.

Disappointed in the quality control for a product that expensive. Small diamond sticker on cup is already falling off. Draw string is already damaged and feel cheap. The quad strap design is a good idea but the strap on my ass are to loose and not doing anything for retention even though i made sure to size them properly. I like it but for the price i was expecting quality
