Dotty Fish Soft Leather Baby and Toddler Shoes are perfect for use indoors and while at nursery and preschool. The soft leather upper is flexible for developing feet and protects them while crawling and cruising. The non-slip suede soles ensure that your toddler can run around without the worry of slipping on hard surfaces such as wooden floors and tiles. High quality leather is beneficial for babies as they are breathable and lightweight. Babies feet sweat twice as much as adults so it's important that they have breathable shoes to ensure that they are comfortable. Toddlers who are just finding their feet will benefit from soft leather shoes as the soft soles allow their feet to feel the floor beneath them which naturally strengthen their feet. We recommend cleaning your Dotty Fish shoes with a damp sponge using a mild detergent if needed. Once you have cleaned your shoes, you must leave them to air dry completely. Suede soles can be cleaned using a suede brush. Not suitable for machine washing. Get the right fit for your child’s feet by following our step by step guide shows you how to do this. Step 1: Place a piece of paper on a hard floor surface and tape it down so it doesn’t move. Step 2: Ask your child to stand on the paper or gently place their foot on the paper. Step 3: Mark off the back of the heel and the tip of the longest toe using your pencil. Make sure your child’s foot hasn’t moved between markings. Step 4: As both feet may be slightly different sizes, repeat this for the other foot. Step 5: Measure the distance between the two marks. Make a note of this and then use the biggest foot measurement as the one you use when choosing which size to buy. Step 6: On our size guide within the product images you will find your measurement in cm, use this to order the correct size for your child.

Quality is terrible
Not comfortable at all. The inner seams were clearly on display. Cut shoddily and not inserted under the insole (there is no insole). I noticed my 13 month old son walking funny in these and upon expecting them further realised how uncomfortable they must be for him.I was advised by both a podiatrist and physical therapist that going barefoot or in socks is better for babies learning to walk. Slippers may be suitable 2+ but these are not the ones I would recommend.

Having had a smaller pair of dotty fish slippers like this before that were great and lasted really well
Having had a smaller pair of dotty fish slippers like this before that were great and lasted really well, I was disappointed on receiving these size 3-4yrs, to find that they are much thinner leather, particularly the suede sole. After 4 weeks of wear, the left one has a huge hole where the suede has worn through and the tops are very worn too. I think Dotty Fish need to look at improving the leather quality for the larger slippers if this is the general standard for bigger sizes.

Cute detailed baby pram shoes
I purchased these pram shoes for my unborn grandson. They are soft and are very detailed. I remember when my children were babies, there was very little out there other than booties to put on babys feet. I do wish they made these 35 years ago.

Comfortable and good quality
I Bought these for my grandson as my own children had these when they we’re small, they are comfortable as they are flexible and soft. The leather is really good quality and the colour/design was as pictured. The size I ordered 12-18mths fitted fine for my 13mth grandson. The non slip really helps as he’s just started taking his first steps and I’m happy with the thickness of the leather enabling his little feet not get cold.

Colours dont match picture
I bought these for a new slipper for my boy, who is really into fire engines, the colours on arrival were very dull compared to what arrived. Think very dark blue and maroon, compared to a slightly lighter blue and proper fire engine red!

Lovely product
Very happy with these slippers, they have a great design, are soft and comfortable, without overheating. My son loves them, they feel so nice to touch he even takes off his socks and he puts them on on his bare feet. I will definitely buy again for my daughter and as a gift.

Adorable and very high quality.
Beautiful little shoes/ slippers. Very well made and high quality which last for a long time. I ordered another size up for my son when he outgrew it.

Great slippers
Fabulous! Funky slippers with a super nonslip sole - my fire-engine-mad 2yo loves these. They fit snuggly so no slips or trips & they stay on really well. Beautifully made & excellent quality - very pleased & would recommend.
