Folds up easily on the wall and does not take up valuable hallway and mudroom space. The only possible complaint is that it is a tad too low for some folks.

I installed this in my entry way. It is the perfect size/height to put on or take off shoes, and then, it folds away. Perfect for me.

Obviously manufacturer by shorter people or chikdren..children... it's 6 inches LOWER than a standard American chair.So great for kids?? But not adults

Perfect for my small laundry room. Didn’t want to move a chair all the time to clean around it. With a flick of my hand, the chair folds flush against the wall and stays there. It is a small seat, but good enough for a normal weighted person to sit on and remove shoes.

Other seats like this don't have the legs in the front: which means they can be mounted at any height you want, and they must have some sort of stop to prevent the seat from falling down. However, I wanted the extra support of the front legs. But with this option, note that when in position to be used you must make sure the front legs are perpendicular to the floor as there is nothing else to stop the seat from dropping straight down. Since the front legs are not adjustable, there's only one height at which it can be properly mounted: this puts the seat at about 13" which is awfully low for adults - adult seating for say putting on shoes is at least 17". So the pictures above are the seat, installed, in the sitting position with leg extensions that I created (unpainted). The other picture is the seat installed and folded away (the leg extensions are now painted). I do enjoy having it and have been using it a lot but wish it had its own extension option, or adjustable legs.
