This power supply for my Air sense 11 CPAP has worked great so far for more than 20 nights of camping in my travel trailer. I would recommend it.

Alternate power source for my cpap machine so if I lose power my power backup will kick in automatically.

I use the CPAP for camping. I have a large battery pack with built in AC inverter.I bought this DC adapter in hopes that not running the AC inverter would save an appreciable amount of power and I wouldn't have to recharge the battery as often.With the AC adapter I get 4 days of use before a recharge. With this DC adapter I get 4 days of use before a recharge.DC adapter is great if you NEED DC power, not helpful otherwise.It works exactly as intended though, so I'm not knocking the product or returning it. The fact I didn't get a boost shouldn't be held against the product!

Had to buy this for my wife's CPap machine. Her old one had a different plug. We camp a lot plus the power constantly goes out in the winter where we live. We use a marine battery and adapter with alligator clips so she can use it in any situation.

Not the fault of these folks other than their headline of their item. Didn't see DC not AC.This is usable if you are using an RV or trailer, and need to power your CPAP while on the road/RV camping/etc.As I do not have such a thing, it's kind of useless to me. It does look like it would work perfectly fine with my CPAP, but I have no desire to take my CPAP with me to the car and test it out.Again, I didn't read or look at it completely before ordering so that is on me. Crazy that they have such a niche charger, which does state on the instructions that this is a "universal DC charger, so perhaps it could be usable with other devices, however I would be a little weary of that.Pros:- Looks to be a solution for folks with RVs / Trailers with limited power connectivityCons:- Limited use case as not usable for AC / household use

When camping in a spot with no AC, we use Goal Zero batteries for power. While it is possible to use the regular CPAP power cord and the battery’s AC outlet, it is more efficient to use the DC 12v. outlet on the battery and avoid the unnecessary conversion to AC and back again to DC to power the CPAP. Works like a charm.

Allows my CPAP to work 2 nights with a deep cycle battery. A must have accessory for any one with a CPAP that likes to visit nature without electricity
