It really works.
Very pleased with this glue, used it to repair the toe area of a pair of trainers and it worked perfectly. It was easy to apply and as the instructions say you have to keep pressure on for a while for it to stick securely. Another thing I liked about it is that there is a thin sharp piece of metal, like a fine needle, attached to the cap which means that when the cap is put back on the nozzle is kept clear for next use.

Works really well, maintains flexibility
Used on sole and on the seams. Worked well on both areas. Fastened securely and looks like will last a long time. Shoes green like they did as new, no lotys of function.

Excellent product - totally saved my shoes
A couple of favourite pairs of Converse got really muddy. I washed them in the washing machine but when they came out the rubber sides had completely detached from the canvas fabric. I didn’t want to throw them away so thought I’d give trying to glue them a shot. I bought this glue, followed the instructions carefully (which also involved borrowing a hair-dryer from a neighbour to apply heat) and hey presto, good as new. I then went to a festival and these same shoes got caked in mud. I brushed the worst of the mud off, placed them in the washing machine again and figured the rubber would come away like it did before and I’d have to re-glue them. However, to my delight, they emerged completely intact!!!

Great stuff
Used the glue to repair the boy child’s (bleddy expensive) Clark’s school shoes the sole of which were detached at the front (football / coal mining I reckon).I followed the instructions loosely and used the superfine metal nozzle to get the glue right under the sole then used masking tape and left them for 24hrs in the airing cupboard.A couple of weeks on and they’re still holding up just fine despite some serious Cornish rain!

Didn’t hold for long
I used this to stick the side of my sandals down, they are started to come away and were close to falling off completely.I followed the instructions and put the glue on, applied heat and wrappped with an elastic bad. I left it for a good couple of days and on first impressions, I was impressed that it had worked. After wearing the sandals for a couple of times they started to lift again so it was only a very short term fix.
