Good substitute for eggs in cookies
Our 18 month old grandson is allergic to eggs. His mother is gluten sensitive. I made cookies gluten free with this egg substitute and everybody was good.

Fantastic Product
I have an egg allergy, and like to bake. For several years I have used EnerG's egg replacer, and have not been satisfied with the texture of the cakes/ cornbread/ etc. made with it. Other products have a legume base, and taste beany--which is not okay, either. The baked goods using Judee's are moist, and have a delicate crumb. The directions say to mix with warm water. I use 208 degree water from our water boiler. I am so happy with this product!

Delicious and safe for raw cookie dough
This is a great substitute for eggs when making cookies. I feel safer eating the raw cookie dough with my kids and save money since eggs are so expensive. I couldn’t taste any difference with raw or baked cookies. Use warm water in separate container to mix the powder to avoid clumps and add to batter. My sister (vegan) showed this to me and loves it too.

Have not had use for it yet
I have only had the product for a few days. I have not yet had a chance to use it. Seem simple enough for an egg substitute.

I believe it’s a good product, may need to adjust a few times before getting it right
Made chocolate chip muffins using Judee’s Egg Replacer. The taste was not affected but the muffins did not rise very much. Now, in all honesty, the muffins were made from a mix which may have altered the texture.

Great for baking
This is my first experience trying to bake for a friend's multi-allergy family. I used gluten-free flour and this egg-substitute to make a pumpkin bundt cake for them, and it came out looking and tasking like a normal cake.

Not easy on the belly
I cooked twice with this egg replacer when making my waffle. The texture and flavor is great, however, my daughter became nauseous both time after she ate the waffle. She does have a weaker tummy but thought I’d warn anyone with sensitive tummy to be cautious. It’s too bad because texture was like cooking with real eggs and was easy to use just a bit time consuming if you’re making other things.
