RoseArt - Kodak Premium - Fairytale Garden - 3000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle for Adults

After reading reviews I was very hesitant to purchase this puzzle. But I eventually went on sale and I couldn't resist. After getting and inspecting it, this puzzle is in perfect shape. None of the pieces are broken or bent. Nice brightly colored photo, along with nice solid pieces. Obviously if you try you will break them but they are a good quality. I really thought it was going to be terrible considering the previous reviews but as of now I am very satisfied and will definitely purchase more of this brand.

Ok do not purchase this beautiful puzzle. I am a puzzle fanatic, I sit with my mom and loose track of time. We decided to move up to a 3000 piece, on we started in we realize we had too many pieces and not enough at the same time. Long story short we were assembling that puzzle for quite some time before we realized the pieces were not connected to the picture and the were quite a few pieces missing including end pieces. I know you know how frustrating that could be! This happens no biggie but it had been pass the time to return from amazing because it was a Christmas gift and it took awhile to do. So I contacted the vendor like Amazon suggested three (3) times they never contacted me back.

Yes, there are a few nubbins where the picture is missing, and a few slots where part of the cardboard back from a different piece was not fully punched, but for $12.00, totally worth it!

I do large puzzles, 2k pieces or up. At least one a month. This might be the worst quality puzzle I've ever received new. Started sorting pieces fresh out of the box and more than two handfuls are completely bent out of shape. I even found one where the picture overlay was completely separated from the piece itself and I had to glue the face back on. Pieces are consistently scratched up along the edges, revealing white marks on the top that aren't part of the design. I was really looking forward to working on a puzzle and unwinding today and don't have a back up, otherwise, I'd be returning it. I'm going to try and soldier on, but I don't think I've ever been this disappointed and discouraged when first starting a puzzle. The artwork is beautiful otherwise and I'm hoping the pieces hold up during the process.

This is my first 3000 puzzle. A couple of pieces were extremely bent and one had the picture cover unglued.It's a great entertainment puzzle.

Got this today and started sorting. I noticed a piece that was paper thin. I guess this part of the print didn't get glued properly. I keep on sorting hoping to find the backing. Didn't work. I was really looking forward to working on this puzzle but am extremely disappointed. Seeing the name Kodak boosted my confidence to buy. I've learned my lesson and probably need to avoid these bargain basement priced puzzles. I would not recommend this and hope a company representative reaches out to me to make this right. Now I have to make a trip to the UPS store to get my refund.
