The Watch Book: Compendium - Revised Edition

The book features amazing detailed visuals of the movement, watches, and historical photos. However, I do wish it showcased all watches or the watch that made the brand stand out. Most of the book displays 1-8 watches for each brand, with many being around 2020-2023 models. The brand history spans about 1-2 pages before repeating the same context in two other languages. It's not really the best if you're trying to see every watch made under the brand.

Beautiful photos, detailed descriptions and histories of something that most of us take for granted as just part of our daily lives! I bought the book as part of a Fathers Day Gift for my husband and he has really enjoyed reading through it to learn the history of the various houses that developed watchmaking technology.

For people who already know something about how watches work, not for absolute beginners. Great text and pictures.
