Jonah - Leader Kit: Navigating a Life Interrupted

This study by Priscilla Shirer was intended to invited us to examine what God is doing in our lives. I found it effectively met that goal, while still leaving me feeling like I knew the text of Jonah much more deeply than I had before doing the study. This was probably my favorite of her studies that I have done.

Divine appointments is the bottom line of this study. Priscilla is good in the DVD. Very upbeat. Proves there is a lot more to Jonah than the whale thing. I think the member book could go a little deeper - seems kinda light. Like the length of the DVD's - usually 1/2 hour. Recommend it for a study on your own or in a group.

Enjoy all the P Shirer studies. Excellent, solid, doctrinal teacher/teaching.

Shirer does a masterful job weaving personal stories with that of Jonah. She encourages you to examine your own life and what it will take for you to live in obedience to God. A great small group study.

You will never think of Jonah in the same way. It is a story about a big God not a man and his fish! See you often your life is interrupted and how God can use you and grow you.
