Excellent Work-from-Home Headset with Outstanding Background Noise Cancellation
After extensive research and watching YouTubers do sound tests, I decided on this headset, and I'm glad I did. The active noise canceling on the microphone is outstanding—I've had music blasting and even vacuumed in the background, and no one could hear a thing. I bought this headset specifically for my work-from-home job, and being able to listen to music from my stereo while working has made my days much more enjoyable. So far, in Teams meetings, the mic has performed flawlessly, and I’ll update my review once I’ve used it for client calls. I also appreciate the dual functionality of Bluetooth and USB connectivity, which is a must for companies that require wired headsets. The automatic mute feature when the dongle is flipped up is incredibly convenient, and it works seamlessly on Teams. My only issue is that the headset tends to fall off easily when I look down. I’m used to wearing a different brand that stays securely in place, so this has been a bit frustrating. I may try adding a headset headband cover to help hold it in place. Overall, it’s a great purchase for noise cancellation and work productivity with just a minor adjustment needed for fit. As for the noise canceling on the speakers, I can tell it works because I notice a clear difference when I put them on versus when I take them off. That said, when I wore them to the gym, I could still hear the music blasting outside the headphones much more than with my high-end Sony ones. Also, while the music quality isn’t as powerful as a high-end Sony headset, that’s not what I use these for. The strength of this Jabra headset lies in ensuring the person on the other end of the call doesn’t hear any background noise, which makes it perfect for my work-from-home needs.

More affordable and functional than Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex and Logitech Zone Wireless 2
Finally, a reliable headset! I previously tried: 1. Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex—I loved the form factor but my voice would cut in and out, almost as if the headset was noise canceling my voice. After multiple emails and a call with Jabra customer support, digging through the Jabra subreddit, I gave up. It appears the mic is too short to work consistently. 2. Logitech Zone Wireless 2: my voice was too quiet even at max volume and it was uncomfortable from the first wear. Too tight of a clamp, heavier than the Jabra products. Thus, despite my evolve2 55 missing a USB-C cable (I ordered used), I decided to keep it. Pros: -I sound good! Got compliments from listeners around clarity -no connectivity issues -noise canceling is about 20% quieter, which is enough for me since I work in a closed environment -easy to sync to my phone and computer -battery sufficient despite being used -lightweight, portable (not as much as the evolve2 65 flex but at least the mic works. I’m still bitter lol) Cons: -My ears feel sore after maybe 45 minutes, but my work flow allows me to take breaks -wish I could get a discount for not receiving the full item, but I made the choice to not return and reorder I would recommend buying used—there are several “Like New” at half the price. I wouldn’t pay more than $120 for this item.

Very good headset for the price.
I use daily for work. The sound quality is very good and the noise canceling is fantastic. I work in a call center with Many other people so the noise canceling helps. I don't have any interference from other headsets, and the range is quite far. I can walk at least 50 ft away from the receiver with no disruption.

Does not cancel out background noise !!
Does not block out background noise while talking only blocks out background noise when you are not speaking. If you are a parent working from home this is not the headset for you !!! My kids sounded so loud and up close when I was on work calls wearing these!!!

Intermittent fuzz, disconnects, dropouts, and other problems
Wish I could give this headset a positive review, but it's completely unreliable for business purposes. The comfort is fine, the battery life is fine, the speaker quality is fine. I can also confirm that in a wood-framed house, the connectivity is strong and will stay live between floors and rooms with a surprising amount of distance between the headset and the dongle... but that's where the positives stop. ANC is functional but incredibly weak, as should be expected with ear cups that don't fully enclose the ear, but it does work to diminish the hum of a ceiling fan as an example. It's not comparable with a high-end apple, Sony, or Bose quality ANC, but it works... The microphone is fair quality, but is easily beaten by my cheap wired Jabra unit that was less than 1/3 the cost of this headset. Now, to the bad, this headset is completely unreliable. During calls, the audio will start fizzing to the point of complete unintelligibility. This isn't an issue with the speakers, it's the audio signal fizzing and popping for 20 seconds to a minute at a time. Annoying by itself, but the headset also completely stops transmitting and receiving during calls on a regular basis. In the middle of a conversation, it will completely stop with no audio for up to a minute - but annoyingly - it stays connected as if nothing is wrong. All of this is with the latest firmware, the Jabra app installed, and no competing devices. So, long and short - I hate this headset and can't rely on it for any business critical purposes.

This thing is a BEAST
Let me tell you right now - forget about using fancy Apple Airpods Max Pro whatever or buzz to look like you are too important to have a business-looking headphone on at the coffee shop to do your work. USE THIS. Don't be that one guy on the group call with horrible sound quality with background noise everywhere because you refuse to use anything but your airpods. Everyone wants you to go on mute please. This noise cancelling feature is TOP TIER and it's comfortable. AND wireless. They block out noise very very well, even conversation that is happening (obviously normal/quieter level for this) across the table from you when you are talking. Do you look like you are taking a business call instead of looking cool and casual at a coffee shop? Yeah, duh. Stop trying to sacrifice functionality over aesthetic. Nobody is falling in love with you at the coffee shop.

Great headset, nearly ruined by Microsoft Teams Certification
This is a great headset, as many others have said, almost ruined by one thing - "Teams Certification". Microsoft must have paid Jabra a lot of money for this. If you use Microsoft Teams in combination with other communication platforms, you will have nothing but problems with this headset. For some reason, every time I try to use it with a Teams call after using it with another platform, it does not let me hear the audio from other people on the call, but the other people can hear me. The only way I've found to make it work is to unplug and replug the dongle. Then, after another minute or two, it will reconnect and kind of reset, then it lets me hear my call. In the meantime I'm stuck writing messages to the group like "hang on, audio issues". Not a good time. Also, when entering a Teams call, it likes to immediately put the call on hold. I'll of course push the "hold/resume/multifunction" button on the earcup to un-hold the call, which it does for a fraction of a second, then it puts the call on hold again. I have to really fight with it to keep the call off hold. A random combination of single a double presses on the button eventually allows the call to stay off hold. Furthermore, when it's in Teams mode (So to speak), it constantly shows a purple light on the dongle and the headset. This is dumb, and serves no purpose other than branding. The constant purple light on the headset, which is present even when you're not in a call, also seems to drain the battery faster than when it's in non-teams mode. I returned this item and replaced it with the "all platforms" version of the same headset. It's a night and day difference. With the all platforms version, I've had zero issues with any platform, including Teams. The battery lasts much longer too. I needed to charge the Teams version of this headset every two days. I can go the entire week with the all platforms version. It really is a great headset. Awesome audio quality. Awesome long-term comfort and materials quality. I love the ability to pair with multiple devices - both the dongle and multiple Bluetooth devices - simultaneously. The various options related to the boom arm and audio/tone guidance are wonderful. The light on the dongle indicating mute/unmute is fantastic, it's really an lovely feature that I didn't even know I needed or wanted. Summary: Get the all platforms version of this headset, not the Teams certified version!
