Solid Product with a couple of minor setbacks.
This is my first smart plug and I use the google home mini.Pretty nice plug. glossy finish and feels decent but not premium. It was easy to setup. Needed to download the smart home app first (assuming you already have this plugged in) and then the setup up to your internet/wifi. After that going to google home app to select the smart life app within that to setup. Then voila! After that, it works like magic!2 cons: 1. wish it was smaller so i can fit 2 within the same outlet. 2. price could be cheaper as there are many other options out there.

Item arrived on time. rec'd 4, 2 in a box. 2 little boxes in each box. Each plug box had instructions. Did what the instructions said and very 1st plug worked great. The instructions also showed how to link with the Alexa app. Worked great. After the 1st one, installed 2 more worked great. First plug took the most time probably 15 minutes, because you have to get the smart life app, then register, and set up log in. Also have to link with Alexa. When adding the other 2 plugs. maybe 10 minutes at the most. If your using Alexa to help control the plugs you need to have her find the other devices.Very happy with this purchase so far.

Worked OK Until WiFi Password Changed
I have 4 of these that have been use for about a year in my house. They are not very reliable and routinely disconnect from the network. I changed my WiFI password a few weeks ago, and now none of the 4 outlets will connect to WiFi. I've tried all troubleshooting instructions, uninstalling, reinstalling etc. I found many other people online who have had a similar problem where any change to the WiFi prompts the devices to think you're trying to use 5G rather the 2.4 network. But it won't even let me change to the 2.4 network. So basically they are now dead. There is no information to contact the actual seller either.

Convenient little tool for the home
I really love my smart plugs. I’ve had them for 4 months now to operate various lights in different rooms, and find their use very convenient in my home. It’s especially useful for the string lights I have in my bedroom and dining room, because I was otherwise having to manually plug the lights in each time to the outlet. It was also useful when my roommates and I were out of town, because I programmed the lights through IFTT to turn on at night so it appeared we were home.I have an Alexa device, so I often ask her to turn them on. More frequently I just use the phone app so I don’t have to speak it out loud and can turn the lights on before I enter the house, or from another room where my Alexa isn’t.The times when our WiFi goes out and my Alexa disconnects is when the outlets annoy my roommates, because they don’t use the app. Also, sometimes the power strip I have one of the outlets connected to gets turned off, so I often have to reset that one. It doesn’t take too long, so it’s a minor annoyance.

Inexpensive Smart Outlet That Works!
I bought this to use with Google Home devices, so I can't comment on its Echo capabilities. The setup was easy on Google Home and I simplified it by giving nicknames to each of the two connections. It's been working perfectly ever since. I'm using it to control some backyard lights and our Christmas Tree. Both were a pain to handle manually; but both are now controlled with simple "Hey Google" commands now. Setup was easy using the downloaded app, and integration with Google Home just required following directions. Great product!

Easy to program for Alexa
Work perfectly with my Alexa. Easy to program with the phone app. Just downld and turn on the phone app, plug the socket in to a convenient outlet near your phone, hold the button on the plug until it rapidly flashes blue, give it a few seconds to connect to app, give the plug a name of that you want it to control, and then move the plug to the desired fixture and power up the appliance or whatever. Tell Alexa to turn it off. Done. NOTE: Alexa can only control plugged in things that do not require a second follow-up action from you (ex: Smart or SAT TV).

These outlets work great with very simple app set up.
These outlets are great. So quick and easy to set up with the app and work with my google home mini. I have both outlets controlling two separate lights in my living room and it is amazing how well they work. Turn each light on individually, or all together, whatever you want. Turn one off and leave the other on, bang, done. And there is almost no delay responding to your command. Set them up as timers when you're away from home, I really can't talk them up enough. Now I'm looking for more places to put these terrific outlets. They also don't block the second outlet in the wall socket which is nice. I would recommend these to everyone.
