Received product but it wouldn't function due to a faulty panel which has been installed upside-down!They have suggested that I take a hair dryer to the panel and when its soft remove it and replace it in the correct way. I have asked why they haven't offered to replace the item with a correct one, also pointed out that their quality control is suspect if this got through without being noticed.They offered £8 refund which is 4% of the value really insulting.The product looks very good as one would expect coming from German manufacturers but to ask customers to repair the defect is amazing.They have revised their offer to £50 which I have accepted. They are also revisiting their assembly control.

The media could not be loaded. Mechanically and thermally excellent fridge, efficient and good looking. Unfortunately, the "Set" button used to set temperature stopped operating within 16 hours of receiving the appliance, all I managed to do is to set Eco mode and different temperatures about 5-6 times within 16 hours. The control buttons look like they would fail in this way quite often, see the video, they are not protruding and look like laminated paper.It took several messages before I got a refund, though I preferred a replacement with working control panel. Shame, because except for control panel, it is one of better car fridges on the market, but is no good if control buttons fail to respond after less than a day. I would quite happily buy this fridge again any day if control panel was of better quality. To add insult to injury, the return shipper Evri has lost the fridge somewhere on its return trip back to the seller.

I bought this for an electric car with 3 pin interior plug , so annoying that cable not supplied . It seems well made. It is bigger than described with air vents that must not be covered , on side & back, so takes a lot of space . Seems to work OK, quite noisy and the touch controls are not ideal . Considered return but have ended up keeping it ( return costly) . Also it slides about so needs anchoring in boot .

Control panel installed wrong way round.Customer service extremely poor.Wouldn't recommend this product to anybody!!!

Acquistato su Amazon scontato durante Black Friday , sinora provato solo in casa con trasformatore 220-12v. Mi sembra funzioni molto bene, in camera dove lo ho usato qualche giorno per prova, non disturba più di tanto, magari un pò più di rumore in partenza, poi si stabilizza e si sente solo il rumore di ventola, non particolarmente fastidioso, resta da vedere come si comporterà al caldo in Camper. In caso ci sia qualcosa da segnalare aggiornerò recensione

Funciona muy bien. Ya la tengo hace un par de meses y sin problema. Enfría bastante incluso cuando está llena. Para nosotros el tamaño. Perfecto 👌
