It actually does taste good and there are "tiny beads" that do get your teeth extra clean. It is a very strong mint that I like and it comes at a reasonable price. Good stuff.

FINALLY!!! THE CRUNCHY ONE
There are way too many versions of Pro Health toothpaste. They keep changing the names to white whiter whitest whitener whatever. So many names I lost track of the true crunchy gritty clean the heck out of your teeth abrasive toothpaste. All of the rest fail to clean your gum line as well as this version.
