Product was delivered on time, with great attention to proper packaging . Units work and for the price point, they are great. Fix 5 controller for a quarter of the price of a new one. Can't beat that!

The product pictured and advertised is exactly what I was looking for. What I received is not. They work but they do not function the same as the original. Another customer posted an image of what is received and I recommend everyone look at that. The grid on the bottom matters.

I fixed 4 of my xbox one controllers the right joystick had a majored drift problem. Make sure to test the parts before you install them, I had 3 bad parts out of the 10. When oming out the potentiometer just make sure nothing above 200 Anything below a 100 is very good/acceptable

Great quality and came 2 weeks early. Installed and tested and I must say I'm pleased with the results.

I checked the resistance on each pot. All 20 of them. The values were all over the place, from 8.3k to 10.4k. I'm not sure what the actual pot value should be, but assuming it should be somewhere in the middle (9.3k) then it would be a 11% tolerance on these things. I personally would not design much of anything with an 11% tolerance. Other than that the pots did seem to track well when moving the joystick through the axis of movement. It's a much tighter movement than the stock joysticks.I'm not sure if these actually work though. I think I murdered the board trying to remove the old joysticks. I just couldn't seem to get the solder removed enough to make the old joysticks fall out easily enough, so I probably ended up scorching the board and breaking the vias. I was able to get them out by breaking them and removing the different sections, then cleaned up the holes and soldered in the new joysticks but they didn't work properly after that. Every input was double applied so using them is impossible.

I do repairs for a living and I ordered 2 packs of these just to quickly build inventory and out of 20 I have installed and uninstalled over 12 of them due to being defective

Over half of the sticks had drift, would not buy again.

Didn’t get what was advertised, on the left is an OEM and what they show in their pictures, on the right is what they’re actually selling. They go from zero to 100 with no in between, you lose all stick sensitivity. Not recommended at all. False advertising.

I installed two of these in my controllers. They work, but poorly. The analog stick lost all sensitivity, it is either not detecting any input, or it is going full blast, nothing in between.I previously replaced two other analog sticks with components from another brand and they work flawlessly, so I'm pretty sure that it's not me messing up the installation. Unfortunately I can't order from them again.Edit: still 1 star, but if you remove only the internal sliding part of the rheostat and put it into the housing of your existing analog sensor it fixes the problem axis properly. It’s hard to explain, but there are videos out there on how to do this.

bottem gray piece has different pattern causing sticks to sit high. knife can be used to scrape but then you fully install it to realize it comes with a factory set square deadzone shape rather than circle. also every single one sits perfectly center but when pushed to a side it jitters causing it to feel like its pressed multiple times. 0 programs out there to fix. Waste of time and Money
