This is my first Berny and I am very pleased with its quality and appearance. When worn on the wrist it looks much nicer than in the photos. It is a simple but elegant watch. The colour combination and the texture of the dial are very nice and original. The brand name is written in a slightly lighter shade of the same colour as the dial and this makes it blend in perfectly, giving a touch of elegance to the watch. The quality-price ratio is excellent.

I’ve been using this watch for almost two months now and I’m very pleased with it. The accuracy is great at just +6sec/day, in line with Swiss automatic watches… if you like Hamilton Khaki field watches but don’t have several hundred dollars to spend I highly recommend this BERNY. It has an awesome movement, the measurements are in line with traditional field watches, very thin, with just 10mm. It does look a bit more dressy than some field watches, but the right strap can help balance it out. It does have some sharp edges but nothing that would nearly bother on day to day use. Outstanding value for the money.

For the money this seemed a decent watch, however it was not what I was looking for. Quality wasn't great, but I did like the style of it. In the end I returned it.

This watch is a homage of the Patek Calatrava. It is well made and a good purchase. I enjoy owning and wearing it.So far so good but… it could be better and the following are not criticisms so much as encouragement to improve this product and others made by Berny.In no particular order.The strap is good and I like the quick release and signed buckle. I would like to see the lug width indicated on the back. I feel this should be standard on all Berny watches. Also I would include a black tropical strap with the watch. This gives the owner another color option and provides a solution for when you know you will get wet; such as a rainy day.The crown is a big flaw of this watch. First it is too small and makes winding and adjusting the watch awkward. No Berny watches should use this size. Second, i would like it signed with the Berny logo. I know this a homage however I think you should be proud of who you are and what you make. This is about bringing beautiful design to the masses and not about fooling someone into thinking this is a Patek.The back of the watch is really well done.The front of the watch is nice and follows the design cues of the calatrava. It does have two big areas of improvement.First, the date window does not match the watch and looks poorly executed. The original Patek has a beautiful date window. My suggestion is to leave out the date window, problem solved. For consideration, modern watch wearers often don’t need or use a date window even if they think they do. When dates enter a conversation out comes the cell phone. Also people with many watches do not want to set the date every time they use a watch. So if you do not wish to spend the time and money to do it right best to leave it off.Second, the watch face is not very easy to read due the subdued colors of the text and second hand. Again this is not a problem with the original which has lighter colors and is very legible. The basic function of a watch is to tell the time. It is essential that Berny make sure every watch they design is clear and legible. A lighter color for the font with a painted second hand would have solved this.So in conclusion, this is a good watch and Berny should be proud. However there is room for improvement and the fact that it is a homage should not deter from making good choices and from adding some Berny style to the equation.

Received this watch 30 minutes ago. The watch is advertised as having sapphire crystal and even stamped sapphire on some of the pictures in reviews. Mine came with a little sticker on the face that said the word “sapphire”. It also came with a 5mm scratch in the glass at about 12 o’clock. You can see it in my picture. Also my watch displays “Firstime” on the back instead of BERNY. I would not recommend buying this watch.

This piece has quickly become my daily wearer.I love everything about it. From its size to its readability to its lume. Not to mention its accuracy. The Seagull machine inside is dead on.Also love the dial color, I picked green but its more of a blueish hue. Very nice watch.

I ordered this on March 7th and it arrived today. Please note that the watch dial shot is not entirely accurate as the photo show some spots and dust on the flat crystal. It was spectacular after a quick wipe. The quick release watchband is soft and flexible. I swapped the band for a single pass NATO band I prefer. I have not tested it for accuracy yet. The crown is a bit tough to manually wind as the guard does impede winding a bit. The case is brushed but the bezel is polished. The lume is OK but nothing special. This watch distinguishes itself due to the ideal (for me) specs. The dial texture is quite nice. I intend to open it up and check the internals. i hope to update this review as I learn more.
