A fantastic clip for SOD
These are the best clips you can get for your shimano SPD pedals. I previously had some generic ones and they wore out much faster than I would have expected. These ones clip in much smoother and seem to be much more durable that the generic ones. Installing them on my shoes was super easy. I adjusted them to my previous settings by outlining my clips with sharpie. Adjusting them is super easy! For the money I’d always choose these over the generic pedals!

Genuine OEM Shimano part, excellent quality
Genuine OEM Shimano cleat. Easy to install, although I added a drop of blue locktite to each screw since my last pair lost a screw. I wish they would give a torque spec for tightening the screws though. This is a replacement set. The last ones wore out after two years of riding once or twice a week.

Buy These. Don’t bother with knockoffs.
As far as I can tell, these are genuine Shimano. I had knock-off cleats that came with a set of knock-off pedals, the difference is night and day. The area that engages the pedal is thicker on these. The adjustability of the cleats is way better. They seem to clip and unclip easier. Buying these fixed all the issues I had with my cheap pedals. And so far they’ve lasted twice as long as the knockoffs with barely any visible signs of ware.

Very happy
Great. Easy to install and clip in/out. My knee and hip pain are so much better after switching to these from the SPD clips. My only reason for removing one star is for durability. Part of the yellow portion already has a piece that has broken off of it (this was without walking long distances in it and I think mainly indoor biking.) but the most lateral portion of the lower yellow area has a small “chip” in it already from clipping in/out I assume. Still, great improvement over the SPD clips I used to have for comfort.

Perfect replacement
Perfect cleat replacement for my Shimano road bike shoes. My old cleats were not clipping in well and needed to be replaced. These cleats did the trick.

Don't waste money on the knockoffs
I tried cheaper knockoffs, but back with Shimano. Shimano is the real thing and worth the extra few bucks. Cheaper knockoff cleats are hard plastic on the walking surface, very slippery when walking, even dangerous. Shimano has rubber.
