SPD-SL Cleat Set 6-Degree Float Type SM-SH11

These are the best clips you can get for your shimano SPD pedals. I previously had some generic ones and they wore out much faster than I would have expected. These ones clip in much smoother and seem to be much more durable that the generic ones. Installing them on my shoes was super easy. I adjusted them to my previous settings by outlining my clips with sharpie. Adjusting them is super easy! For the money I’d always choose these over the generic pedals!

As far as I can tell, these are genuine Shimano. I had knock-off cleats that came with a set of knock-off pedals, the difference is night and day. The area that engages the pedal is thicker on these. The adjustability of the cleats is way better. They seem to clip and unclip easier. Buying these fixed all the issues I had with my cheap pedals. And so far they’ve lasted twice as long as the knockoffs with barely any visible signs of ware.

Easy to install and the fit is spot-on. They feel rugged and durable enough for heavy use. Clipping and unclipping mechanism is smooth and consistent with just a slight twist of the heel. Very satisfied with the quality.

These are the real deal from Shimano for SPD-SL. I've also used alternate vendor SPD-SL cleat product, but the Shimano cleats work better for snapping in. These are the 6-degree of freedom style. I may get the tighter ones next time.
