Jiaogulan has been very well documented as one of the most powerful antioxidants on earth. I take this as part of my daily regimen to control free radical cell growth and lower my blood pressure. It does not in itself offer complete relief for high level hypertension, but it does bring it down a couple points.I add this with Organic Kyolic BP 109, Mercola L-Arginine, QoQ10, Gaia Olive Leaf Extract, Oil of Oregano and Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar for maximum results. Jiaogulan is an anti-aging herb. It helps to keep the chromosomes from unwinding by protecting the telomeres. This extends cell life spans. Ashwagandha, another herb, also seems to do this. I take both. There's at least a dozen more herbs and mushrooms that extend cell life but these two are mentioned most often. Paradise seems to make high quality herbal supplements so I use their herbs a lot.

This has helped me maintain my weight. It stabilized me. Also made my ears warm. It was neat let me know its working. Normally I can 3-6lbs with every meal no matter what I eat or do. This has helped me maintain a stable weight for the first time in my life.Its just not quite strong enough I had to take three at least to notice benefits.

Gives a lot of energy but doesn't make you jittery like caffeine, also doesn't have a caffeine crash. Improves memory, calms me down and seems to have antidepressant like properties it certainly gives me a mood boost.

Ive been taking jiaogulan for over six months. It burns fat great, however this product is pretty potent and gives me a bit of bowel issues, had to switch back to my old product. Not sure why this bothered me so much but maybe it will be fine for you.

Jiaogulan is subtile if anything, so I cannot say it "did" this or that to me--we all take so many supps we probably couldn't tell what their effects are, unless we went off everything but one at a time for evaluation. No magnesium stearate or other nonsense from Paradise, and I will continue to take this herb, and drink the tea.
