Wanted 10000 IU's per day as per my docs recommendation and did not want to take lots more pills.. Soft gels, small and easy to swallow.

Blood tests revealed low Vitamin D. I chose this product because it had coconut oil in it which helps metabolize supplements. Started several other supplements so can not contribute overall well being to this but within 10-14 days began sleeping after insomnia for over 3 years, muscle pain & fatigue noticeable better, mental clarity seems better. Small pill that are easy to swallow.

I ordered this when the last bottle I had was no longer available. I definitely feel a difference in energy & mood when I do not take Vit D3. I purposely chose one with coconut oil, as I am a firm believer of this oil's natural 'wellness booster' for our bodies - bonus that it is organic!

I checked these out to see if they actually had coconut oil inside by placing them in the freezer for a while. They turned white inside which they in fact indicated they had coconut oil in them. I've seen others that claimed the have, but do not.

This is the first time I’ve ordered these. They have no taste. They are small and go down easy. I really like that they are 5000 iu. I only have to take one of them. Great product and does what I wanted them to doZ

Just received these 4 days ago so I don't know how well they work yet.
