Have owned scooter identical to this one for a long time, came time to replace and ordered this one. Scooter was shipped promptly, arrived very quickly, very little assembly required and overall a very smooth transaction. Had a question on billing, contacted seller through Amazon, got quick response and very positive answer. In my opinion, this is a great product, at a great price and a very good Amazon seller to do business with. Recommend the product and the seller very highly !!

I love my scooter! We are able to take it apart and reassemble in just a couple minutes to get it and and out of the car easily! I used it at Disneyland and it was much easier to maneuver than the rentals. For the price, it is an excellent product...very helpful for me.

Very easy to deal with

First off, super easy to assemble. I was worried because I have poor manual dexterity. But it only took about a half hour and I did it alone. It was also full charged. Nice. Now the negativesI took for a test drive and two problems stand out. It makes a very loud very obnoxious beep when you back up. I am looking into how to disable it now. Next it does very poorly on uneven sidewalks which are everywhere in my 150 year old neighborhood. Each time it hits a larger rough spot it halts and starts beeping. The only way to fix it is to turn it off and on and try again. But on perfect smooth sidewalks it does great. But the annoyance level of constantly having to turn it on and off is pretty high.

We bought this scooter because it is essentially the same scooter as the four wheel scooter we already own, only with three wheels. We have found the scooter to be a very good aid to mobility to my wife with MS. I don't see the problems that the previous poster noticed. I give this scooter a BIG THUMBS UP!

It is a good scooter for the price. Be aware the back-up horn is very loud and it sits a little low to the ground. Best for indoor use.

Battery does not engage with connection unless you bang it a few times. No phone number to customer service to troubleshoot or to return. Return policy is a joke as you have to pay for shipping.

Terrible. Takes long to just go. It flipped me when I turned to go on my driveway from the sidewalks. It takes forever to go and stop.ive ran over my cats and my sons.
