Great system and easy installation!
We originally had an older Swann system 720P, and decided to upgrade. We've had the system for 3 months and are very happy with it. The picture quality is great, but the night vision is a little dark, although the facial recognition is much better than the older system. No complaints on this system, Swann makes the best security systems available. Highly recommend this Swann system.

Good system
Really like swann and it's features. Have owned and installed many systems however this purchase was defective with the ether net cord spoke to swann and had to try to fix it even though I knew it was the wire. After about a hour then they Sebring me a long documents to fill out now is a waiting game... just for a cord..systems are great the customer support not so great

Grainy
The videos are not very clear. Very grainy. My boyfriend has an Owl system which is 10 years old and his is much clearer than this one and you can even read a license plate. This one is too blurry to distinguish a license plate even though the camera is close to the vehicle.
