This stuff is amazing! It curbs cravings and allowed me to manage my nutritional needs without suffering, being hangry, or binging. I lost 4lbs/one size with minimal effort and have kept it off for several months now. This works! I haven't tried other brands but my homeopath likes this brand and so do I. I take 2 capsules in the morning with all my other supplements. I did feel a little queasy at first but it was mild enough and worth it.

I have only been using this product for a few weeks. I do have more energy and feel full quicker. I have not had my cholesterol checked yet but hoping it has helped with that as well.

I will start with that I really wanted this to work. I’ve been taking 1 pill per morning with a probiotic for a week. I unfortunately had to stop. 2 nights ago I woke in the middle of the night experiencing pain in my middle upper abdomen. It started out as a mild cramp, almost like one you get when you have a stomach bug. Very intermittent but not frequent and only lasted a few seconds. I thought it was heartburn, took meds and went to bed. The next morning it persisted through the day, where I contemplated if I had a stomach bug brewing, heartburn, or even a small ulcer developing. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with the cramps very frequent, more intense, and I was unable to sleep. I’ve never had an ulcer but it felt like I was possibly developing one. Then it dawned on me the only change I’ve had is this pill. According to other reviews, others felt pain in their upper abdomen with similar pain and concerns for ulcerative pain. I’m glad to see this medicine helps some, but unfortunately for me my body did not react well. Good luck!
