Excellent Product
Worth Every penny and some more. This product is light weight and sturdy. Product solves the cervical issue and relieves pain. Doing it 10 minutes a day also, will improve the posture. Product was as described. Highly recommended!

Poor quality, broke on first use.
I bought this as a gift for my mother who suffers from back pain. In the very first attempt to fix the lower back support, the plastic was so inflexible that it broke. Unfortunately she unpacked the product after 10 days so I could not ask for a refund or return.

Good way to stretch and relax
This product was a new discovery for me. Since I'm prone to slouching, the ability to rest my back and give it much needed support and bring it back to it's natural position was a huge help. It's best to keep the arch at the base level. Ensure the arch is locked in place. The build is sturdy enough to overcome your apprehensions.
