This is a good supplement
I'm sure grape seed extract has numerous benefits and one is bettering your circulation. I'm on my feet a lot and at 65 circulation is not what it used to be, but when I take these and use my rebounder I have no swelling at all. At 65 I'm not on any medications at all, I'm more for the natural way and these are one of my regular supplements. Recommend them!

Worth your bucks
This is my second bottle I just ran out 3days ago and I do see the difference! I have do not have any problems with this brand! Great value for your money the benefits for me are great and one a day is great. Work for what I need.

purchased these due to a recommendation from my holistic practitioner. They seem to be working great. Make sure you check contraindications with other supplements, though because in the beginning, they were giving me a terrible headache because I was taking them at the same time I was taking another supplement and once I switched things up, everything was great
