Very good for recovery after workout
This stuff really does help recovery, and this is my second box.Now, so i've had quite a bit of time with it to kind of assess it.I don't do two a day.I use one a day, but I think it's the best recovery stuff i've had

sachets are clumsy to handle. Hard to get the powder completely out.

Cregaatine Rating
Definitely number one suplement for me. I am working out for 8 year, but started using cregaatine a year ago. Feeling so much more energy during workouts, better focus, recovery. Definitely would recommend cregaatine to everybody, even people who don’t workout. Also, there is no any side effects from cregaatine.

Maybe it works.
Not sure if it really does anything different. At first it seemed so, now I can't tell. PITA to get all the product out of these little packets.

Looks good sometimes new Just started bit early yet looks good Down side won't dessolve fully power left in bottom of glass The product flys out of the the little package you only get caught once when opening
