Good product , bad taste
I do not like the taste of this at all and have to force myself to take it. It is a good product and makes me feel energised but I just wish that it tasted better

Scientifically formulated isn't the same as scientifically proven - but this works. Definitely.
PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IN FULL - IT HAS BEEN UPDATED TWICEI ordered this product because for several weeks - and pretty much every day during that time - I have been suffering from unusual levels of tiredness or fatigue, and Nutrivality's 'Boost' is, of course, designed to address that.So far, I haven't noticed that it makes a positive difference in the sense that I haven't felt consciously less mentally drained. But I would say that I noticed a difference; it's hard to articulate but I can't really summarise it using words like 'better' or 'benefit'. If anything, I may have felt slightly less alert in a cognitive sense while somehow feeling less tired. I realise that this will sound contradictory, but hey - that's how I'd describe it. Another description would be that my mind was slightly foggier but again, not as inclined to want to lie down and sleep. Strange but true. The sachets are fairly easy to open. I added the contents to a small glass of water (see image) and it looked a lot as if the taste was going to be similar to orange squash. It doesn't taste like that at all. It's not unpleasant, although I did kind of brace myself, mindful of another reviewer's comment that it tasted ghastly. For me, it was just slightly odd, but I was able to drink it without any problems, without any negative thoughts about the taste. As advised on the product box, I consumed this on an empty stomach.Anyway this is yet another product that has unproven benefits. It may be 'formulated' to be beneficial, but that's of little help.I would take no pleasure at all in eating a raw carrot, but I would feel more convinced (than is the case with 'Boost') that it would perk me up and be good for my health.A carrot isn't an appropriate point of reference however. 'Boost' is primarily a Vitamin B supplement, and the best natural sources of this include meat (especially liver), seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, legumes, leafy greens, seeds and fortified foods such as breakfast cereals and nutritional yeast. Being a happy carnivore I eat red and white meat quite often, as well as dairy produce (milk and cheese in the main) and I often have seeded variants of bread and healthy breakfast cereals such as All Bran. So I would expect my Vitamin B intake to be reasonably good anyway without this 'Boost' supplement.I remain unable to explain the cause of my fatigue, but I am inclined to say that, so far, 'Boost' has not had a noticeable effect on it. I will persevere however, and if I notice any meaningful changes, I will aim to update this review.*Update 1*about 2 weeks laterOnly fair to say that I think this product might be better than I gave it credit for earlier in the month. Today I was at my desk, it was around lunchtime, and I was yawning a lot - at least once a minute. No idea why, but I just was. So I thought I'd take another of these Nutrivitality Boost things. I added the contents of one sachet to a small amount of water. It wasn't long - must have been less than 15 minutes - before I realised I wasn't yawning anymore - not at all. I can't say that I feel particularly different in terms of awareness or feeling 'more awake', but it does seem as good as certain that this product stopped me from yawning.I'm almost inclined to add a star (to make it 4 rather then the 3 I gave originally) but I'll leave that for another day, because I want to determine that this really is delivering "a better you, every day". Fair's fair though - it did deliver just that today.*Update 2*about 3 weeks laterI am in absolutely no doubt that this 'Boost' works. I am completely convinced. At 11:10 today I was at my desk and once again I was yawning all the time - at least once a minute, probably twice a minute. So I decided to take Boost. On this occasion, I squeezed the sachet directly into my mouth and then (before swallowing) I added some water. Not mad keen on the taste but it's really not that bad.I am being perfectly serious when I say that I *immediately* stopped yawning. It's now nearly half an hour later and I haven't yawned once. Yet in the previous half-hour I must have yawned at least 40 times.I've upgraded my previous rating of 3 stars to 4. I'm tempted to make it 5.This works. 100% sure of it.

I have noticed some effect. VERY expensive, though convenient.
Give it a shake, take off the top, and down it. That makes it easy to take out and about with you as well.It contains Vitamin E which you might want to be aware of - I consider this a negative. it also does not tell you how much is present as it's listed as an anti-oxidant. Vitamin E does not seem to do much. I would strongly recommend that you do your research on this specifically. It does contain a high dose of Vitamin C as well.Is liposomal effective for Vit B blends? - I don't know. And I would also strongly recommend that you do your research into the makeup to ensure that it is right and OK for you to take. Even with vitamins, there can be good reasons to NOT take a supplement. It does have what I consider to be quite a typical bitterness where liposomal gels are concerned, but it's nothing too over the top. It's also as typically expensive as these types of supplements usually are, unfortunately.Overall, I am not a fan of having Vitamin E in it, and therefore I would not make this a regular supplement - but it seems to have a minor effect on my energy levels and its very convenient form factor is helpful.Four stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Possibly a very good supplement but not a taste everyone will enjoy
So I'm genuinely no wuss when it comes to taking a supplement that is not a pleasant flavour. Anyone who has taken pure aloe vera on a tablespoon may have an idea of what I'm talking about, but this actually made me wince a little. It's just a kind of very strong flavour that I wouldn't exactly call nice. Fortunately, it is literally a shot, so a quick swallow and it's gone. You get 30 sachets in this and are advised to take one daily, therefore this box will last you a month. You get a lot of B vitamins in one shot along with a decent dose of vitamin C. The product claims to give you a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, but I can't say I have noticed any major differences. Time will tell I guess and unless you are lacking any of these vitamins, you may not notice a difference at all.The only thing I do like about a liquid supplement is I get fed up with swallowing capsules, so it does make a nice change to take a supplement this way.My conclusion about this product is it is quite a convenient way to get your daily dosage, however, if you are sensitive to strong tastes/flavours, this might not be the best choice for you. I'd give this a generous 4/5

Works quicker and better than tablets. Tastes nice too.
I recently had bloods done and it showed my B12 was a little low, not low enough to require injections, but I still felt fatigued and my get up and go had got up and gone. I already took a daily vitamin C tablet, I stopped that when I started having these daily. Each serving is in an individual sachet so there is no measuring required and you know you are always getting the correct amount.Liposomal liquid is the best delivery method for vitamins, it allows the body to absorb at least 80% of the vitamins, where taking tablets often only gives you a fifth of the benefit. Tablets and capsules often contain fillers made from soy or other nasties.Suitable for Vegan,. Kosher and Halal and containing no alcohol, gluten, dairy or sugar they should be suitable for most people. They have a lovely mixed berry flavour that I enjoy and after having one daily for a week so far I do notice a difference, I feel less in a fog and have a bit more energy and that is brilliant for only being less than a week in.If I could afford to I would take these permanently, my finances won’t stretch to that right now, but they are amazing.
