Product adhered well and was strong. Held medium sized tablets not phones. Flexible arm to move and angle where needed.

I use this with my ZFold 5 and Ipad 10 with a case on both. Does great in my car. Hold both with ease. Very sturdy and easy to remove and fit both devices.

I love the clamp because it's deep enough to hold my 1.25" thick carplay tablet. But I don't like how the bracket connects to the dash or windshield. I had previously purchased a different one a couple of days before but the clamp wasn't deep enough and wouldn't hold my carplay tablet. It connected by way of the cd player slot. Since I never used the cd player anyways, I thought it would be perfect. That part worked great but the clamp was too narrow to hold the carplay tablet. So what to do? I decided to keep the other one and to purchase this one also. Upon receiving this one, I took the clamp and connected it to the previous cd slot bracket connector. It was exactly the same size ball connector and worked perfectly. So I used the clamp from this company in combination with the cd slot bracket from the other company and now have the perfect carplay holder for my Sprinter Van. Yes, I paid double but its the only way it would worked for my vehicle. They should consider a cd slot attachment bracket also. Who knows, maybe I'll use the remaining parts on another vehicle.

UPDATE: The seller has reached out and offered to help me with the product and went out of their own way to take care of me. I didn’t ask for anything or any help. THATS true customer service, they get involved with their customers and I’m truly grateful. That alone always gives sellers 5/5 in my book4 DAYS ATTACHED TO MY DASHBOARD! On the 4th day I came out to my car to find my apple CarPlay with this mount attached to it on the floor and nice scratch on the screen of my $150 apple CarPlay. It fell off at some point in the night. I reduced it down to 1 star because now I have this scratch on my brand new screen and the suction cup is useless even when doing their trick to revitalize the stickiness did not work. Unfortunately. I was really hoping it would! It’s such a stable unit, I guessed I have the worst luck. I hope my input helps!If you follow the instructions, it’s extremely stable! The suction is so strong that after I let it cure for 24 hours on my dashboard, I tried to remove it and it wouldn’t budge! 6/5 amazing quality and the stuff goose neck bend makes it super versatile. I have a 9” CarPlay system that weighs about 3 pounds and nothing would hold it up until this mount. I even tried gorilla glue on the mount they give you and it’s not as good as this! I will be honest and say the only time the screen shakes a little is when I drive over bridges, but nothing has fallen off or broken yet. Overall I HIGHLY recommend trying this one! Big time

The product itself works pretty good, does what it should. BUT, don't stick the dash mounting plate to the dashboard unless you are sure you will never want to move it. I needed to move the mount over to be more accessible by the passenger in the vehicle and it ripped a pretty good chunk out of my dash. At least I can say that the adhesive is good!?!

I love this product as it served a great purpose of keeping my tablet stable in my car. However the suction clip mechanism got misalinged and would not engaged to allow suction. Since I loved the product, I tried to replace the suction mechanism with another one I bought from Amazon, but the suction would not hold. I wanted to keep the rest of the product, and sent them a message if I could buy just the suction cup mechanism. Their support team, did more than reply but sent me a new replacement almost a year after. that is service to the max. I could not be so pleased, and grateful for such above and beyond service. The person who responded - Jessica was awesome. I strongly recommend this product both for your car needs or office table needs. Thank you for this awesome product and company!!
