Fantastic product, exactly what you need for home-made haggis! One pluck’s worth of haggis mixture filled three and a half of these little beauties. Happy Burns nicht! Braw!

The first time I tried these, I split three whilst compressing them enough to get a knot in the ends. I put this down to my inexperience, so I ordered a second batch and gave them a longer (overnight) soak first. I split two - they really do not take 1 lb of meat mixture (in this case nduja). I managed to save the final three by only filling to about 80% of this. They are not cheap and they just didn't do the job for me. I'm afraid I'll be going elsewhere next time

Very simple and they work a treat for making proper home-made haggis. I did manage to destroy one through impatience - you really do need to soak them good and long as per the instructions before stretching them to full size.

Does exactly what it says. They do need a good soak but stood up too some rough stuffing!
