Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G, US Version, 256GB, Phantom Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

Great phone all around, extremely happy with it. Came with a few nicks and dings especially around charging port and on camera edges where they stick out from the back of the phone but thats to be expected on a used phone and doesn't effect overall appearance much. Battery life and charging time are phenomenal, camera quality spectacular, super fast processor and overall responsiveness. User friendly transfer process from old phone, arrived super quickly as well, definitely recommend 100/10! I couldn't be happier with it. Definitely recommend getting a case with a camera cover to extend the life of it and prevent camera damage as they're not flush with the back. It's not too big for my smaller hands and the screen size is great for watching anything or playing games with high clarity. The s pen is a very useful tool as well!

Phone came in excellent condition, clean no scratches and camera lenses were the same. My package arrived in good condition well packaged and on time. Popped my SIM card in and turned it on works no problems. Screen came with a protector on it and underneath nice and clean once again no scratches. I am overall already very happy with the condition of the phone and the functionality, I haven't had any problems with lagging, overheating or anything else works just as I would expect of a new phone. Battery life has been great, I tend to listen to podcasts for about 8-10hrs a day I don't have to charge till about bedtime and charging has been much faster than my previous phone. Transferring my data over was very easy especially as they provided a cord for that. Thank you so much for my nice new phone!

This phone came as expected. Has worked great, and I have seen no issues. The battery appeared to be draining a lot faster than I would have liked so I scheduled to get it replaced, why I was waiting, I realized the battery life was far better than I thought. So I cancelled it. No glitches and everything works, phone had light wear but nothing too serious!

WOW!! I am really impressed with this seller! I received my phone 5 days earlier than expected. The phone is in Excellent condition as promised. Not a scratch or mark on the screen or phone. Looks brand new. Definitely a seller I will purchase from again, and one that you can trust!

Arrived earlier than expected. Has absolutely no issues, scratches, cracks, or anything wrong with it. And for the price....can't beat it. Brightness is far above what I thought it would be. The battery life is that of a brand new phone. The fingerprint sensor works in a snap. And the weight is surprisingly less than my older smaller phone.

As always, samsung has the best smartphones and s23 ultra was exactly i needed. This phone came in brand new condition and unlocked as well. No issues whatsoever.

The phone is absolutely perfect, the only thing I can see is how there’s a black dot on the front camera, so any picture or FaceTime that is done on this phone will have the black dot, it’s kinda annoying but everything else is perfect.

This was a miserable experience. I never bought a renewed phone before. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra and the seller was Chubbies Tech I severely cracked the screen on my older phone and the screen replacement was pretty expensive. This slightly newer model offered a significant upgrade ( I had an S22 Ultra and the S23 Ultra was a big jump in improvements) So instead of sinking money into the screen, I could get a newer model and more memory than I had before. I was upgrading from 256GB to 512GB so this seemed like a great deal. Because the phone is older, it took hours to download what felt like a million updates and get the phone up to date. Then doing Samsung Smart Switch took a while too. So I had hours into this before I even tried to activate it with Xfinity Mobile. When I did finally get to that part, I entered the IMEI number Xfinity Mobile said "Your phone is compatible but may be locked to another carrier". At that point I was crushed, I already was behind and needed a working phone. I immediately messaged the seller through Amazon to find out what could be going on. They replied a few hours later only to say they were sorry and offer a refund or replacement. So now I would be looking at more days without a working phone . I would have to spend hours wiping the phone data, mailing it back and then more hours to install updates and switch everything again on a new device. I really didn't want to send it back if there was any way for it to work. After reading more on Xfinity's site I saw this "Some carriers will automatically unlock their customers' phones after a period of time. Some carriers will only unlock your phone if you ask them to." and there are unlock services out there as well. The unlock services do not seem to be doing anything any different than your carrier can do so I decided to call Xfinity Mobile and see if they could help. But I also have to wonder why these mobile phone resellers do not just truly unlock the phones with a service since this is their business. They seem fine to put the burden on whoever buys it to figure it out. Xfinity Mobile was able to successfully get the phone active after about an hour on the phone with them. So I am really glad I didn't just send it back. Who is to say the replacement would not be the same thing all over again?This was an education in renewed phones but if this was my business I would offer this guidance right away in a troubleshooting section or email before I would have someone send back a "locked" phone. My time is valuable so all this messing around with the phone still costs me. It took time away from work and caused stress. This does take away from the value of the renewed phone being cheaper than a brand new one. Overall though the device itself was mostly as expected. The color is nice. The screen was in good shape with no scratches. It had a plastic sticker cover on it. The only minor scratches I saw were around the camera lenses on the back and around the edge of the lens. (not like the listing says - no scratches from 12 inches away as per the "excellent" description) Not a deal breaker though either as the camera appears to work fine. See my photo. The battery arrived not charged and at about 12% which was not that big of a deal. It charged fast and has held a charge. So as far as the device itself goes, it is a good device and matches the listing. The reason for the 3 stars is that as I mentioned earlier, this was not a good deal considering all the extra time and energy it took to get it working and I almost sent it back too because of the response from the seller! That would have been way worse.
