Amazing product
Nothing but good things to say about the phone. I bought this for my elderly mom and she she enjoys using it. She’s has a bit of hearing issues as well as not the greatest strength in her hands so I thought this would be a great purchase for her, seeing there was a foam on the handset. She’s a fan of the grip, saying it’s pretty comfy. The ringer is also loud enough for her to hear across the house. I helped her save my number as well as my brother’s number on the 1 and 2 buttons so she’s doesn’t have to remember our numbers by heart and it works like a charm every time. My mom absolutely loves the phone and how it's easy for him to use. I would recommend this phone for anyone with elderly parents.

It May Be a Fine CORDED Phone…
This review is more about Amazon’s data query system, and not at all about the phone. My search was for a cordless landline with amplified hearing. I searched for “cordless phone answering system amplified hearing.” This phone appeared at the top of the results list.Trying to choose the best option for my 94 year old aunt (who can’t hear worth “doodah,” and makes 108 excuses for not wearing her hearing aids), I read the reviews and descriptions for several phones. This one appeared to be the best option, even though it did not include an answering system. EXCEPT, when we got it, it was corded. Now, I will admit I could have missed that fact in the product description, but I have to ask, why was this the first item shown when the search list was returned? If I’d made “cordless” my last keyword, I’d be a little less peeved.Or if this was a one-off, I’d be more understanding, but this happens a lot, with all sorts of products. And while I get that this is a “first world issue,” you’d think those responsible for profits would want to save some shipping and administrative costs. I know I’d be a lot more satisfied had my time (reading, ordering, returning, going to the UPS Store) my been wasted.

Cheap landline phone with big numbers.
Cheaply made phone. You get what you pay for. Big numbers, easy to use. No weight to it. Cords are super flimsy.

Volume is low even when set to high
Buttons are big and easy to see and use. Connector for line in came loose and pushed back into phone body. The volume on the handset is low even when set to high, so if you are hard of hearing you should look for a different phone with better amplification.

Perfect for my Mom!
My Mom loves this phone. It’s really made a big difference in allowing her to dial and reach people. It’s perfect for anybody who has low vision. The quality seems outstanding, I’m very happy with this purchase!
