The Green Screen Makerspace Project Book

After introducing the evolution of green screen and some basic supplies and techniques, Mr. Burleson walks you through a number of projects step-by-step to create your own videos. I'm still working through the projects and learning some of the software, but it's a great book to work from. Well done and thank you!

It does a decent job listing projects, but it doesn't really explain how to set up the green screen. I was hoping the book would discuss how to set up the lighting and the only discussion of the lighting setup is one grainy picture.

Although I have been using green screen for my school announcements for quite a while, this book gave me great ideas to use with all of my (k-5) kids. There are great ideas that could work with all ages and subjects. I'm really looking forward to trying some out.

Even thought I'm not new to green screening, I was still able to learn tons from this book and have so many more project ideas. I had no idea all the things you could do with green screens until I got my hands on this book. I love that most of the book practical tutorials and resources that even my students can use, but the background and history was interesting.

It's chock-full of ideas for how you can use green screens with students to do fun, creative projects both for fun and curricular purposes. Parents should also consider purchasing this book -- imagine all the fun you could have with your kids!

What a great book! I recommend this to all of my school makerspace clients!I'm a full time maker education consultant and I work with a lot of schools around the world. Todd does a great job making green screen technologies accessible to with any budget, any teacher background, and any types of technologies that you might already even have. Along with how to get your green screen area going, Todd give a great example projects that students of all ages will love to jump right into!

Written for educators, it is full of project suggestions with step by step instructions. I especially love the chapter about the evolution of Green Screen Technology and think that high school students would enjoy a discussion centered around that topic before engaging in a project using Green screen. Along with some great project ideas are practical tips and suggestions. A must read before venturing but also a great way to push your own ideas and projects further.

An excellent read and must-have for any teacher! So many great ideas for any level!

For young school students only, not for anyone else. Mis bought this one hoping for clues about green screen. Didnt help me at all.
