DELICIOUS!!!!
Add a tablespoon to a pasta sauce, casserole, lasagna or a breaded chicken skillet dinner with capers, garlic and mushrooms, and it's amazing! Also (important to know that this sun-dried tomato pesto is made with cashew nuts not pine nuts. That's especially important to me because I'm allergic to pine nuts not cashews and I love cashews. This pesto is amazingly delicious!) Or you can slice and bake pieces of a French baguette pour a little EVOO on them bake until golden and spoon on this pesto and serve as an appetizer garnish with a Parmesan cheese if you like! I see that I can just go on and on so I'll stop now and just say, again, it's amazing!

Really delicious!
Wow, this is good!! Tried it for the first time tonight; cooked some angel hair pasta, sauteed some diced zucchini w/basil and garlic, then tossed that into the pasta w/fresh grated parmesan, some whole milk ricotta, some black olives and a couple spoons of the tomato pesto. It was quick and delicious; I could see using this in scrambled eggs, soups and other pasta sauces. Will definitely add it to my regular pantry staples.

Makes dinner a breeze
I love the flavor of sun-dried tomatoes , and I used to buy them dried and whole to cut up for pasta sauces. This pesto mixes easily into pastas with or without meat, shrimp, or veggies for a super fast meal. The flavor is rich and intense, so a little goes a long way. It's a great substitute for bottled sauces, and saves the time and effort necessary for making sauce from scratch. I've tried a few different sun dried tomato pestos, and this one is my favorite.

DELICIOUS AND ADDICTIVE
The reviews are up and down with this product but we loved it. The price is crazy though because many local grocery chains (not Walmt) carry it for 1/3 the price which is where we will buy ours from now on. What we did with it: Turkey Club Panini 1.Lightly mayo outside of Sourdough bread 2.Use 2 tsp approx. of spread for inside of one slice of bread 3.Layer Slice Mozzarella Cheese, Turkey (We used off the bone deli), Spring Greens, Slice of Microwave Crisp Bacon, and another slice of Mozzarella. Add the other slice of bread. 4. Grill in Panini pan. Result: DELICIOUS AND ADDICTIVE

This is the best! I am not a 'spicy' person but love tomato-garlicky stuff. I use it on and in a lot of items.......even put a little in sandwiches........ vegies, casserole type dishes.......specialty is with kale or swiss chard!! YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!!!!
