Men's Plus Size Knight in Shining Armor Costume

Costume wasn't bad, it looks great in pictures. However, THIS COSTUME WAS NOT MADE FOR TALL OR BROAD SHOULDERED GUYS. I'm 6'4", 260 lbs and bought the XXL size... I shudder to think how things would have been if I had bought the regular size. The shoulder pads kept folding over and falling down, inserting some Styrofoam or something else sturdy would have kept them in place. The velcro straps that run down the back kept coming undone every time I twisted or bent down, which caused the top part of the costume to fall over, I felt like I had to keep adjusting a bra. Elbow pads kept sliding down and off my arms, I almost lost them multiple times. Perhaps a safety pin would have kept them in place. Like other reviewers have stated, the helmet absolutely sucks. Not even worth wearing. I simply wanted a costume that would fit and that wouldn't require any extra work, considering how much it costs. All in all, it got the point across and looked good in pictures, but required a lot more work than it should have based upon the cost.

This was waaaaay to small. My husband is 6 foot with broad-ish shoulders, so we bought the XXL. The length was fine, but the chest piece couldn't even get around his shoulders. It's like they made it longer for the XXL, but not bigger around.That said, I returned it months later because I forgot to take it to UPS (which has EXTREMELY limited hours in my town). I didn't expect to actually get a refund, but rather just kind of wanted it out of my house. But to my surprise, they did refund my money.So even though the costume gets a 2 star because the measurements are just plain ridiculous, I will give this 4 stars because they gave me my money back when I didn't uphold my end of the return policy.

Sure the materials are a bit flimsy, but there are more structured and stiff than just plain cloth. Each piece has foam backed into it. So overall, the effect is pretty cool. Just don't turn around. The back of the pants have no protection - just flimsy cloth that looks like chain mail. But this also works well so that I can sit down in the costume if need be!The helmet is HUGE!!! Clothing companies don't understand that most human heads are not that big - even on bigger people. With a few extra pins, though it worked well.There are a lot of moving pieces in this costume so I felt it was a good value vs. other costumes that cost the same, but are only one pieces. The only issue with the multiple pieces is keeping them all on. Pins to the rescue again!

I had a Game of Thrones themed front yard display this Halloween. This was a very believable Lannister soldier. Put it over a cloth dummy that was being stabbed to death by multiple wildling skeletons. Kids LOVED IT!

Was too small, but I was able to add a panel and a zipper in the back. We spray painted it gold and it looked amazing. Very shiny and looked great in person and especially in pictures. The pants were just okay, didn't stay up too well and very thin stretchy material. We bought a different knight hat since we didn't like the material one that came with it.

Given the chance, I’d skip this. The size was poor & inconsistent between pieces. It fastened with four dime-sized pieces of Velcro that didn’t hold.

I ordered 2X but fits more like aI ordered a 2x but fits more like an xl. The material is a little cheaper than I expected but worked out ok. The price was right.

the costume is not bad but i wear a 2xl shirt and I could not hardly get it on let alone fasten the back.

I ordered a 2xl. Pant are a bit big and the top was a bit too small. But it is exactly as in the photos. helmet kinda sucks ppl say it looks more like an astronaut helmet. BUT IT DOES LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO

Produkt sieht nicht annähernd wie auf den Bildern aus und ist höchstens für Menschen mit Konfektionsgröße L bis XL geeignet. Der Produktpreis ist meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt.Kann das Produkt leider nicht empfehlen
