Bad quality
Really janky hardware comes with this set.Yeah, you’re getting a good look once the work is complete but there are so many better designs out there for hardware. Railing came with scratches. Instructions make absolutely no sense. Installation was seriously frustrating, I’m not sure if this investment was worth it. Cable the included needed to be trimmed to fit the hardware, not mentioned in the description.Also, they include no spare hardware which is absolutely ridiculous. I really don’t recommend this brand.Spend the extra 200 bucks on something better.

Worst customer service!!
Do not buy from this manufacturer!!!! We didn’t realized that parts where missing until it was installed. It’s been well over a month trying to get the parts. Emails have not been answered, no one answers the phone and no response from customer service. As a contractor I will not recommend or ever install from this manufacturer! The business is unable to open so my name is mud!! I will have to remove and install something else.
