I got these for my husband’s vasectomy surgery. At first He said they were no different than wearing his boxer brief style underwear. But then he wore them every day for the first week or so, so they must’ve added a bit of extra support and done what they’re supposed to do.

Fits as expected, soft and comfortable, and the wife approves, so it's a winner!!

Im a 36 waist 205 lbs I purchased the xxL size to be safe on the fit. To say they fit as to what was intended and airy love them comfortable for daily activity. I purchased the 4 pack and then another for my son he love them as well he lifts weights. Good buy. Thanks

These are overall reasonable quality and design. The waistband and straps around the legs are a comfortable material with the correct amount of stretch, so they don’t dig in. Size chart is accurate, I usually wear a 36 inch waist and the XL fits well. One slight gripe, the pouch is not roomy - I am not especially large and feel a bit compressed wearing these. If your bulge is substantial you may want to look for a roomier product.
