Slips on easily and doesn't add weight to the gun. Works well. Will buy again.

Two for the price of one. I have shot several hundred rounds on my O/U 12 gauge, and did not affect my length of pull. It protects the butt against scratches too. Good padding that you can tailor to your fit.

I like that it did not increase the weight of my rifle. Easy slipon on cover with a gell type feel. Also no noticeable addition to the length of pull ! I did buy again !

Protects your precious gun stock when you set it down. Looks OK. Not much recoil reduction.

The advertizing for this product is a lie. It's not a gel pack, it's just 1/4" of foam rubber.

I've had too much damage to my shoulder and arm to risk aging it on, this seems to have more absorption capacity than the old rubber one on my long-gone 30-30. I'm what my dad still calls, a beanpole, so I've zero cushion or padding anywhere in my body, definitely not in my shoulders. I've lost too much of what muscle-mass I used to have since all the surgeries. I'm getting enough improvement to get back outside and do "stuff", being safer means, I can play and practice more.I put this on my personalized 500 Mossberg (I call it the Bossberg now), and I really want to burn up at least a few boxes of shells when I go killing targets next. I also have some brutally devastating, high grain ammo that would hurt for sure no matter who was firing them; I doubt even those will put up more kick than I can handle with this on. If I'm wrong, I'll return to update/edit.
