This mat is perfect for smaller projects for younger kids or anyone really. Good size to put on a table or the floor, has a good amount of area to use for paint, comes with a nice size water cup for brush cleaning. The most important part of this though I'd say is how easy and well it cleans up. Some warm water and light sponging and any paint residue that was left on the mat (even overnight) came right off. If you're looking for something to stop the mess and help stay organized while painting, this is a great product with a few colors to choose from.

My daughter loves this paint mat. It was easy to clean and comes with brushes and a foldable cup for water. If you have an artist kid who loves to make a mess, you need to get this for them! The mat is thin and easy to fold and store away. Also easy to clean by running it under the sink and hang dry or wipe dry.

This Fitous silicone mat is a bit thin but seems to be working out okay. There are enough grids for separating paints, beads, play-doh, or almost any arts and crafts project that comes to mind. The foldable cup can be used in varying heights depending on the project and placed within the cup holder spot or not. The brushes that came with it are nicely color-coordinated with the mat and while they are not high quality, they will do just fine for the amateur projects they will be used for. The mat cleans up easily and does not take up much space for storing or transporting.

I originally ordered this to protect my table from my granddaughter’s painting projects. We’ve tried it, and it works well under wet pictures and to keep paint-filled brushes and drips away from the wood surface. The collapsible cup holds plenty of water for rinsing brushes and fits snugly into the molded compartment, preventing it from being accidentally knocked over. The mat comes folded and as a result had several creases. I found that hanging it over the back of a chair for a bit removed them. I like the fact that once in place, it lays flat and doesn’t move around. This is especially helpful when it is being used for Play Doh. It does tend to attract and hold dirt and hair, but these are easily removed by rinsing after use. The brushes have wood handles color coordinated with the mat and synthetic bristles in various shapes and sizes. The only reservation I have in using this particular mat for children’s painting is that there is not a lip around the outside to keep liquids from rolling off the edges. I may keep this one for myself and order another with a raised edge.

I ordered this to try it out and see if it was something I could really get into using. It didn't take long before I fell in love with it because it's just so easy to do! It comes all folded up in a nice little bag (that it's unlikely to ever fit into again!) along with some unexpected accessories as well. It's a great size for most of my projects and, if I'm using similar materials, I can put more than one of them on there at once. I slid a large but battered cutting board underneath it so I can transport it from surface to surface a bit easier so now my projects are mobile! I like all the little partitions for tools and paints and such. It's really helpful (especially when you're trying to carry it around the room!) and it makes cleaning up super simple since I can just toss the whole thing in the sink and it's the only thing I have to scrub down after a soak. Fantastic!

This silicone mat set is truly a complete set of features for painting, or crafting, that makes it difficult to imagine what else you might need other than the canvas. First, it comes with a package of paintbrushes with a variety of tips. In case you're not acquainted with the different types of brushes, there is a legend on the back of the package that shows the brush tips with an explanation of when and how to use each one.The silicone mat itself is also full-featured, with a paint palette, two mixing wells, and brush rests molded into the top of the mat. On the top to the left of this area is a molded square designed to hold the bottom of a silicone collapsible cup with a solid plastic bottom, as well as a collar made of the same plastic. The collar has brush rests along the top and brush holders lining two opposing sides. Also molded into the mat are rulers, one on the left that measures from one to twelve inches and one along the bottom measuring from one to nineteen inches.This mat is a little thin, but it is sufficient for providing a work surface for painting. Combined with the other features it has, I consider this silicone mat to be a great addition to a crafter's or painter's toolkit.

The first thing that stood out was the big workspace area. I expected a small space area for painting. It is as you see in the picture if you use 8.5 x 11 paper to paint or draw. My daughter, who loves to paint and draw, loves it! I like how it keeps the deskspace clean, and you wipe clean.This particular mat for painting comes with brushes and a string bag to store both, and it is perfect for painting. The mat is made of silicone, a very soft material that can handle hot items and is waterproof. You can use it for various paintings, like watercolor or gouache. The mat has little sections for different colors, so you can keep them separate, and it even comes with a cup for cleaning your brushes. There are many areas to separate the brushes you use. You separate different brushes on the upper right of the mat or stand the brushes vertically on the added holes on the side of the cup. It's an excellent gift for people who like to paint or do crafts, especially for kids.Although we needed to figure out what the upper right area was for. The children tried putting their brushes in the hold to make it a brush holder. That only causes it to fall over. So the holes don't serve any purpose for now. If you use it as a brush placeholder, put a paperweight to hold the corner down.
