Really like this Brand of homeopathy - I like the quality, results and I like the pot design, with its easy turnable end, releasing the pills as you need them and gently.I've been using homeopathy for over 20 years and i mostly always get quick results from this natural medicine. As I am in a state of deep grief I took the advice of a friend and tried Ignatia. I have also obtained Ignatia 299. I do feel these help a little> I didn't expect complete peace or relief but ai do feel it helps to alleviate the pain.

I use Ignatia when my moods are all over the place and find it very helpful. Despite current media trends I'm a great believer in Homeopathy. The dispenser that Helios use is the best I've come across, hold the bottle upside down and twist the cap and your remedy is delivered into the lid for you to pop into your mouth without the need to touch the remedy (which you aren't supposed to do apparently). Very convenient and easy, unlike other makes out there.
