Ever since I installed this toner cartridge, my printer has had problems of dropping off line.I have to turn it off then back on and it will be print for a few minutes. But after about 10 minutes of being idle, my computer says the printer is offline. So, I turn it off and back on and then I can print again. As long as I keep printing, it works. But 10 minutes of idle and it's dead.And it's not a computer problem because we are all experiencing it and we have two Windows 10 PCs and two MacBooks. And our other printer, an HP color with real HP cartridges, works fine. This printer worked fine until we inserted the cheap toner.I get good print quality from the cartridge, but this annoyance is part of the price I pay for buying cheap toner. My real HP cartridges never did this.

We have several printer that we used this toner on, and no complaints, so far. Would recommend.

I use these cartridges in a professional office where the work has to look right every time. These do the trick at a much lower price than the factory label cartridges. Yes, there are cheaper options but these are reliable and many of those are not.

Could not believe the price...I will purchase them again when needed. Delivery was when you said it would be.
