Recommend 100%. this heats quick in the microwave and lasts about 30 min. I used it for excessive cramps abdominal and in my back and neck. good for kids too. helped my son with growing pains in his legs.

Purchased this heating pad on 5/5/25. Worked ok for the first 2 weeks, although did not hold the heat for very long. The third week it started to smell like burnt popcorn and appeared to start to burn. I was not overheating it, followed directions. In side portion split and filled poured out. Don’ order this, waste of money. No stars from me.

I purchased as a gift. It was well liked and they were going to order another one.

Corn burned a hole through my sleeve with 2 constant min of microwave - it’s a thin sleeve which may have cause it - I’ve used the second one the same way and didn’t have that problem - and they definitely instruct to take it 30 sec at a time but….. instruction following aside….with the ones I had before this I found it’s worth grabbing a set that’s a little higher quality then just nuke for a couple min and use versus standing there nuke 30 sec wait test add 15 sec etc

It heats up quickly and retains warmth for a good amount of time, providing comforting relief when I'm having cramps.

Works well. Retains heat very well. Super soft. Can be used anywhere. Only downside is the smell. The lavender is very off putting to me but I’m sure some like it.
