It works good I use at night so my knee is not as stiff and sore in the morning especially after a knee replacement

bought this product thinking it would alive some of my pain, nope does nothing to help, says its a pain relief but in actuality its just a lotion with nothing that helps your pain.

As soon as I put this on my feet I could feel it starting to heat up and then cool down. My husband used it on his elbow and said that it felt better the next morning. I keep it by my chair at all times.

I’m a track and cross country runner and this stuff is a MIRACLE cure for my knees and legs! I’ve incorporated it into my post run routine and I love it. Highly recommend this!
