Sturdy and useful

This is a really helpful aid to help steady someone who's struggling and frightened to get up. For the person supporting, it enables us to have a firm grip without risking a bruise and we have good control in any direction.

Not as easy as it looks

If you have a family member with limited mobility then this product could be for you, my 93 year old mother has dementia and failing mobility, she can hardly stand and keep her balance. when i put this on she can hold on tight this give here the reassurance she needs to stand up, with her holding on it allows the carers to do there thing with much ease and less stress to mother, whish I had come across it a year ago

Used within a few days of receipt after Mother in Law had a fall and needed lifting off the floor and moving onto her bed. Once adjusted to make a snug fit round the waist it worked very effectively and reduced likelihood of causing injuries to all parties. Sturdy with plenty of hand holds, ideally have 2 people performing lifting movement. Ensure its adjusted tight enough so that it doesn’t ride up as lifting movement attempted, adjustment can take a few attempts but definitely worth it,

The belt is sturdy, well made and easy to take on and off. It also means when assisting to stand, you can just use the belt to support/pull rather than pulling on the arms or shoulders. My elderly relative has very poor balance and the belt makes it far easier to help them move around more safely. It was delivered very quickly too.

The clasps are far too strong I could not get the belts open to even use them.

I can't wait to use this with my (93 yr old with hip fracture) mother. She is very proud so I will wear it and she can grab on!
